Today was my golden retriever’s first day with a new groomer her name is Joana. My dog is very anxious and can be a bit of a handful when i’m not present but Joana made him feel welcomed and comfortable. Joana is a super sweet lady with an amazing talent with making my dog look clean and fresh. Will definitely be coming back to her🩷
I call Joanna the dog whisperer. Our Bailey is a huge hot mess. Half doodle, half German shepherd, when we first dropped her off I expected to be called within an hour to come pick her up. Instead we heard 2 hours later that she was done. Bailey was beautiful, and happy! We now had our 4th visit today and picked up the best looking dog in Santa Barbara. So glad we found this place.
Joanne has been a blessing since my daughter moved out of California and she's been a great help for my Siberian husky. I have arthritis in my hands. it's hard for me to brush him and she's been very gracious, and I thank her so much and she's very gentle & patient with all the animals she cares & grooms for. I'll tell you something, Miko can be a challenge. Again thank you so much Joanne
My dog is not very friendly, but she is always very Patient. Very attentive to detail. Amazing customer service. Nice and clean grooming is done even though my dog gives her a hard time. Joana is the best!
Joana is fantastic! Our dog is high energy and does NOT like being groomed. He would rather wrestle and play than sit there. But Joana keeps him calm and he always comes out clean and looking cute. Highly recommended!
We love Fancy Paws, Joanna does an amazing job with our doggie! She always gets us in for our last minute needs and works in a timely manner. Not to mention, she always adds the cutest accessories!! We would highly recommend to any of our local doggie friends!
Joanna does a great grooming job with my dog Dylan. He really likes her. She is very patient and gentle. He looks so cute when I pick up him up.
