Paws Palace

The groomers at Paws Palace are wonderful! They're so kind, and you can tell they really care about your pets. My 14 year old dog came home looking like a puppy and had a spring in his step after they gave him the works. He was so happy, and it made me so happy to see him look and feel good. Their online appointment system is easy and straightforward. I appreciated their clear communication, from confirming and adjusting the appointment through text, and calling me as soon as they were done. I'll be bringing my dog back here for sure!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to this place. As a pet owner, it's distressing to see my 5-month-old golden retriever unwell after their grooming service. I had specifically requested only a bath and brush, which they confirmed. However, after keeping my dog for three hours, they returned him to me, and he seemed fine initially. But later that night, he developed stomach upset, and it's been over two weeks since then, with no signs of recovery after their service.

Had a very bad experience. This is the second time I took my dog here but the experience totally opposite of the first time. There was a waiting time even though we had an appointment and all dogs were kept in kennels and crying. I have a sensitive dog and when I asked to take my dog back to bring him back when his turn arrived (which was after an hour wait) the receptionist literally said no and that it was against company policy to bring the dog out. After a long conversation of asking him to bring the dog out to make sure he was fine, he agreed to bring him out and treated him very badly. I could only meet him for a few seconds before he was taken back inside to forcefully be in the kennel for an hour. The haircut was literally the opposite of what we asked. When I got the dog back after 2.5hrs, he was shivering and didn't eat or say anything and slept for 14 hours before he woke up and drank water. I am very unhappy.

They have a flexible schedule and affordable prices and have great communication and even gave my dog a spray and he smells so good! They are super sweet! Will definitely be returning for other services

Our Golden Treasure is greeted and treated with welcoming care. Since our first visit to Paws Palace a couple years ago I would not consider another place. She has a proper sanitary trim, nails, ears check and never looks scalped. She loves her tub bath at home ever since her first on a very hot day.

They completely shaved my golden retriever. For those who don’t know, goldens are a double coat breed and shaving them can shock their system and ruin their hair growth forever. It also exposes them to the elements they normally would not be exposed to. I have been taking him to groomers for years now and this is the first groomer to completely ruin his coat. I honestly do not even know what to do or say because how is it possible a groomer doesn’t know about under and overcoats with dogs? Now I am stressed his fur won’t grow back and I have been assured by the vet that it definitely won’t grow back the same. Before and after pictures for reference.

Paw Palace have been doing a great job with getting my dog a haircut. People will make comments on how cute he looks. I had Mickey get his haircut from both Maria and Angel. Maria seems to do better with Mickey. He seems to not mind going to them. They are by appointments only. I will continue to use their services.
