ENV Pet Spa

I gave 1 star, but if I could I would give 0 or negative stars. I brought my little 13 year old, 15 pound dog in for grooming on Dec 27, 2023. When I picked him up he could barely walk and was whimpering with pain. I brought him immediately to the vet who examined him with X-rays and blood work. The vet found his right paw completely dislocated, broken bones in his right leg, broken ribs on his left side, spinal column trauma where his left hind leg was slow to respond and severe internal trauma specifically to his liver. The groomer said that he had jumped off of the grooming table because he didn’t secure him. With all of his injuries, I have had to spend almost $3000 so far and facing another $5000 in surgical expenses because his right front paw will have to be fused because of the severity of his injury. His right leg has been in a splint since that day. The surgeon wouldn’t risk putting him under to repair his paw because of his liver. I will never trust my dog with ENV ever again!! And I just pray my little buddy can recover from all of the trauma and injuries from that day.

Our little poodle was a DISASTER after 6 months of no grooming and we were desperate to find someone who could handle a very anxious, very matted dog. I can't say enough about how well the folks at env handled his situation and gave him a great shave so we can start from scratch. They did tell us he had a little nick under one front leg which I couldn't even notice, but I appreciated their telling us and was really impressed how close they were able to get his face shaved down. I will be bringing him back on a regular basis and am so happy to have found a kind, patient groomer! Thank you!

I just picked up my Ms.Xena’ and I am very excited that she looks so good! Definitely an awesome job on my standard Schnauzer’s haircut! They are working with us to grow her out to a perfect cut! She was butchered by the last groomer. I highly recommend them to everyone! Thanks guys! See you in about 8 weeks. 👍

We've been taking our dogs to EnV Pet Spa for 6+ years and are never disappointed. Clarissa and Jaclyn are the sweetest and our dogs absolutely love them - the puppy is convinced he is going on a play-date and loves being dropped off. This is also our first time raising a puppy (past two dogs were adults when we adopted) and the staff are endlessly kind and patient with our questions. It's helped so much in raising and training the little guy.

I took my Aussie Shepherd, Karl, to ENV Pet Spa and he was well taken care of. He has some anxiety with strangers but that wasn't an issue once I picked him up. Karl was clean, clipped and his nails trimmed. He looks like a million bucks. He is now ready to go out on the town looking for a little action. Given the way he looks now, he will have the confidence he needs to succeed. Thank you ENV Pet Spa. We will be back.

They always take great care of my dog. I have never had any issues with scheduling or customer service. They are very nice and good at what they do. They also have fair pricing. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have been having my dog groomed at ENV Pet Spa for 3 years. The groomer was Clarissa. The cuts and service were excellent. I always had my next appointment confirmation within 5 minutes of picking up my dog. I was then informed that Clarissa had departed because of problems with her scheduling appointments. I had never before had any issues with Clarissa scheduling appointments. Following the next appointment with the man who assumed grooming my dog, I did not get a follow-up appointment confirmation. I spoke to "the man" about it and he tried to blame me for not scheduling the appointment even though he and I had agreed to an appointment day/time when I picked up my dog as I had always done with Clarissa. This continued to happen on the next few appointments, again with "the man" blaming me in a condescending tone. Never once did he offer to slip my dog into the schedule. Poodles mat easily, the man knows this and simply did not care if my dog went too long between appointments and would start matting. All I was told was that they were booked 6 to 7 weeks out. In other words "find some other place to have your dog groomed" was the implicit message. I tried calling ENV Pet Spa on several occasions with no response. So, I found a new groomer. "The man" is a complete jerk who tries to blame the client for his inability to follow up on scheduling appointments. He pretends to not know who your dog is even though there are only 2 dogs in the facility. He has no concept of customer service and does not seem to care if he retains you as a client. He worked hard to lose my business and did a good job of it. ENV Pet Spa ... horrible customer service. Never again. Notice that the last 3 reviews of ENV are all One Star and coincide with Clarissa's departure and "the man" taking over at ENV.
