Splash Zone Dog Grooming

Our first time with Janessa and it was amazing! I was looking for a forever groomer and have found her. She was gentle, skilled and so kind. My dog is 7 months, can be shy at first but he had a great experience. Got used to her sweet soul quickly! Would recommend 100000%! My neighbor recommended her and I couldn’t be more happy.

Janessa is amazing! My dogs used to leave grooming appointments anxious and stressed, but ever since switching to Splash Zone, it’s been a complete transformation. When I walk in to pick up my girls, they’re literally napping—calm, relaxed, and content until they see me and get excited. Their haircuts are always done to perfection, and Janessa is consistently timely, professional, gentle, and attentive. To add, one of my dogs is elderly and I’ve never trusted anyone with her as much as I trust Janessa. She treats her with such care, love and patience. I truly can’t say enough about how wonderful she is! You won’t be disappointed choosing Splash Zone Dog Grooming!

Highly recommend Splash Zone Dog Grooming!!! She does great work. Took my dorkie to her, he was shy and nervous but she worked with him and he came back happy, well groomed and relaxed. We will definitely be going back!!!!

WOW!!! Janessa did an absolutely amazing job with my dog! She gave him one of the best hair cuts he has ever had. I could tell she is wonderful with animals as my dog was so calmed by her presence before and after his appointment. She took extra caution with his fragile body and was still able to get it done much quicker than any other groomer I’ve ever had. I am so grateful that we found her since moving here, we will definitely be back!! Much better than other "popular" groomers I’ve been to in Santa Fe! You will not regret it.

It is always difficult to find a place to groom your dog when you're new to an area. I am so glad I happened up upon splash zone because we were so happy with the grooming trimming and bath that our little long-haired Chihuahua had on his visit. The care attention pay to our dog was just wonderful and we were so happy there. If you need a Groomer in the Santa Fe area make sure that you put a splash zone on the list. You will be happy with the outcome.

This place is a joke. She takes weeks to get back to you, and the communication is terrible. I would not waste my time with this business. Giving this business one star is being way too generous.
