Platinum Dog Grooming Sarasota

Very unprofessional and horribly run. I picked up my husky with more loose hair all over him then when I dropped him off. He was still wet in certain areas and none of his fur was trimmed. I would've been better off just doing it myself then paying someone 40 dollars to make my life harder. She kept referring to him as a she and then when I corrected her she said I just call them whatever. You would think after supposedly grooming and bathing my dog you would know whether he is a girl or boy. On top of the horrible grooming (if you can even consider it that) they have multiple addresses on apple maps making it extremely confusing to get there. When I tried to call them I wasn't even able to leave a voicemail since their inbox is full. I had to call the animal clinic just to find out where they were actually located. Overall I would strongly not recommend this place. If you have a small short haired breed you should be alright, but if you own a dog with any fur I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Edit: I said his nails weren’t trimmed as well, but I was mistaken.

Jenny did an amazing job grooming my cavalier King Charles. I highly recommend her.

I have been bringing Princess to Jeanne for years and she is amazing! Very professional, and she always listens to what we want to do with her cut. I would not trust our Princess to anyone else.

UNPROFESSIONAL but expensive. If you care about this dog, avoid it by all means. The reason why there is only a couple of reviews now is because they erase the reviews as they get bad ones. On the phone they tell you one price (not cheap, but standard $ 50) but then when you pay, they say your dog was difficult, so $ 70. On top of that the grooming was less than desirable. If you care about your dog, plenty of places around! AVOID THIS ONE!! Photo shows sexual organ of male dog, with obvious signs of abuse or improper care while grooming.

Too busy. My dog was there 7 hours and got only a bath..no nail trim. I won't go back which is sad as it is located at the vet clinic my husband originated and is a convenient location.
