PetSmart Grooming

I took my two dogs to get nail trims/grind. One of my boys is insanely excitable. The other is incredibly stubborn and always needs a second person there for emotional support/distraction. Adrian did both trims today and they were amazing with my boys. Adrian had a very calm, gentle demeanor which seemed to put my dogs at ease. The dog that always needs a second person did great with just them. I highly recommend booking with Adrian.

I took my dog for grooming I ask to shave the belly,but and tail, instead the lady did the opposite and shave my dog leaving not much hair on the dog and a lot of hair on the tail, plus they didn't gave her a bath cause she smell the same as I took her, then calling my dog silly cause she didn't want to walk. I will never go back the first two times was good but this one not good and they charge me the full 70 dollars

I called to see if I could get my cocker spaniel bathed as I traveled through Savannah. The girls in the grooming salon were very accommodating and gave me an appointment first thing the next morning. I took Maggie in at 9:30, and she was ready to go at 11:30. They did a great job on her, and I’m very satisfied with the service at PetSmart grooming.

My groomer was very friendly and caring when I took my fur baby in 💙 Can't wait to go back 🥰 he's long overdue for another grooming.

Store hours say open at 7. Went to the store at 7:45 and the doors were closed. Workers were rude. You're better off ordering online.

Staff is very friendly and kind. They were very patient with my pup and cared for her! Thank you!!!!
