The Savannah Groom Room

Savannah Groom Room is AMAZING! They made both my kitty Peter & me feel right at home. Bailey was so gentle & loving. I imagine it’s quite a challenge caring for cats, but she does it with genuine love & grace. Looking forward to our next appointment!

My little muffin was nervous at first but the staff was kind and welcoming. The salon was clean and cozy. I was told that my pup had some nervousness during the cut but they were able to calm her and finish the haircut.

We were spoiled by our first groomer for our doodle in Atlanta and I have been looking for something as good since moving back here. I’m so excited we found Groom Room! First, the girls in the shop were beyond sweet and so welcoming. They spent extra time (which they knew was ok since I was off work all day) making sure Cara’s mats were all taken care of and she was comfortable. They cut her hair exactly like I asked and she smells wonderful. She’s nice and fluffy but still with a much needed hair cut. I also brought both my girls in. Our puppy doodle isn’t quite ready for a groom yet but they gave me some good advice on when to bring her in and little things they can start doing to get her comfy. We will definitely be back. Such a great experience from the groom itself to the customer service. I’m so relieved to finally find a groomer in town I trust! Thank you!

We love Mallory at The Savannah groom Room. Poodles are not easy to groom. She does an excellent job on our standard poodle. She has great skills , much talent and is very relaxed. We are grateful to have found her. I would highly recommend The Savannah Groom Room.

We LOVE Savannah Groom Room!! I wasn't sure Kaia could be the kind of dog that goes to the groomers because she's squirmy, talkative, and sometimes a little sassy when she's over being brushed. This is the second time we've brought her and they handle her so so well! If you need a dog groomer in Savannah check them out!

Friendliest staff, and the location smells so good! I mean, it's the best smelling groomer I've ever been to. Wilfred looks great and they are so sweet to him. So happy they are his groomer.

These ladies genuinely care about their clients. When I bring in my dog, even when he nervous poos, they are so warm and welcoming to both of us. Years back, in a different state, my dog had a bad experience with a groomer (shaved off one of his nipples!), so he had some concerns about going for a spa day... However, these ladies give him the love and snuggles he needs; he always leaves their care with a smile on his face, a good haircut and nice, new pup smell. 🙂 I love that he isn't crammed into a kennel like at some chain stores, and I am treated like a valued client, not the next upsell waiting to happen. Their prices are fair, and, for the quality and kindness, worth every cent. I recommend them, wholeheartedly, and am grateful to my friend who recommended them to me when I first moved here. 🙂
