Best Friends Pet Grooming

The absolute BEST! I used to take my baby Carmela to [insert big box pet groomer] for a bath, ears and nails. She was safe, but not happy. She cried and tried to stall every time. Those places gave her (and me) the ick. I decided to switch to this gem and it has been amazing. Jess & team are the warmest, loveliest folks who do meticulous work. Carm RUNS into the shop. Today I picked her up and she refused to leave. I had to carry her out. They even bedazzle her. My son LOVES it. We’re obsessed!!

Omgoodness the grooming staff provided such amazing service.I haven't had service liked this in years, I'm so glad I found this amazing shop. The staff are loving and welcoming they listen to my concerns and provided phenomenal service. I will definitely bring my fur babies back for future services. I recommend 100%!!!

First time client and my little Poppy (mini schnauzer) was in need of a really good grooming- They listened to my concerns- sensitive skin, etc and did a wonderful job! I was thrilled to See how great she looked and how happy and comfortable she was being there. We are absolutely permanent clients- so happy we found Best Friends!

I chose this place not because of the great grooming, you can find that around... but because of the leadership and staff. I trust the owner and felt comfortable leaving my mini poodle in her care. They didn't awesome job , and I will surely be going back. Thank you Jessica!

I highly recommend Jessie the groomer she’s simply the best groomer out there ! I have a 12 year old Yorki poo with bad back legs and she’s so gentle with him and gives him the best cuts ! and I also have a 3 year old cockapoo and gives her the best cut . She’s loving and caring if you want your fur babies well taking care of while at the groomers JESSIE is your girl ! I promise you won’t be disappointed I have recommended her to my friends and they all have been very happy . I won’t take my fur babies anywhere else ! And I have had in the past taking them elsewhere and my 12 year old fur baby has come out of there limping and never has with Jessie ! Jessie you are amazing groomer

I love it here! Took me a few different places to finally feel satisfied with my dogs cut & I am so happy to have landed here. Jessica, thank you for making Ziggy feel at home. 10/10 recommend. Your dog also doesn’t get crated — I love that! He also got so many compliments with his haircut, which makes me very happy. 🫶🏻 Can’t wait for his next visit!

UPDATE: Second Visit: Louie's Nail Transformation (Google won't let me leave a separate review for Louie so I had to just update my original review even though it's for 2 diff pups): Jess at Best Friends Pet Grooming Salon is nothing short of MAGIC. I don’t use that word lightly — what she did for my Frenchie, Louie, honestly blew me away. Nail trims have always been a huge issue for us, especially at the vet. They would leave his nails too long, and over time the quick kept growing out, turning his nails into literal bear claws. It got to the point where I didn’t think we’d ever get them back to a normal, healthy length. I found Jess for my labradoodle Mabel (review below: amazing) Not only did she trim his nails as short as safely possible, she did it with incredible gentleness and patience. Louie was calm, comfortable, and completely at ease — which NEVER happens. But what truly sets Jess apart is her knowledge and care. She’s actively working on helping the quick recede over time so his nails can return to a normal length instead of those "eagle talons." Who even does that?! That level of attention, skill, and dedication is so rare. Jess doesn’t just groom — she genuinely cares about your dog’s long-term health and comfort. I’m beyond grateful we found her. If you have a dog with difficult nails or any grooming challenges, Jess is the one. Truly one of a kind. First Visit: Mabel's Grooming: Finding a new groomer after moving had me SO stressed — especially because my Mabel needs someone very special to calm her anxious and scared feelings. Finding Jess at Best Friends Pet Grooming Salon was a total blessing. My Australian Labradoodle, Mabel, is very nervous, shy, and not the easiest dog to groom. She gets anxious, tries to run away, and needs someone with real patience and understanding. From the moment we met Jess, I could tell she was different. She has such a calm, gentle energy that immediately put both me and Mabel at ease. Jess took her time, never rushed, and handled Mabel with so much care and compassion. It’s not just grooming to her — she truly connects with the dogs. And the results… absolutely stunning. Mabel came out looking beyond beautiful — soft, perfectly styled, and so confident. She literally looked like a show dog! I never thought I’d say this, but Jess didn’t just meet my expectations — she exceeded them.
