Jackie and manager Lisa are amazing at what they do. You can tell they truly care for the animals they care for, and I really appreciate that. My dog looks and smells great after her appointments with Jackie. They both will answer any questions/concerns you may have and are thorough in explaining processes and expectations based on specific circumstances such as a dog’s hair being matted. Overall definitely recommend this place and will continue bringing my baby here, thank you!

You guys at La Butera really need to pay more attention to your jobs. Your employees are constantly glued to their phones; they overcharge customers—for instance, they tried to charge me for three cases of mineral water when, in reality, I was buying three cases of Piggly Wiggly water. And, to top it all off, they get angry when you point it out to them! Pay attention to us—the customers—instead of being glued to your damn phones.

I called here this morning to ask if they can give my dog a bath. The woman that took my appointment was very friendly and made my appointment. When I arrived, the woman took my info and was also friendly. I felt like the whole staff there was really nice. I had a couple concerns with my dog but they were so awesome and answered all my questions without making me look crazy. I will definitely be coming here for my pups next bath.

Brittany is amazing! She took good care of my dog!! She knows how to make your dog fresh!
