Paradise Pet Salon

New to the area - this was first time using Paradise Pet Salon. I have a sweet but nervous fur baby who also tends to be over dramatic. The groomer was Brianna Palmer who was gentle, patient and made my baby look and feel great! I will definitely be booking with Brianna every time!

It took me a long time to gather my thoughts. Ashley would always groom my dog.I was not aware she was not going to groom my dog. The owner ended up grooming instead. When I went to pick her up I couldn’t believe my eyes. All her hair was gone. And it was the wrong cut. I seriously couldn’t talk. I picked up my dog and had to leave. I was in tears. After I left. I texted the owner what happened? Her answer was i followed the notes. You clearly did not!!!! Then went ahead and cancelled all my appointments I had booked until June. Never gave me the chance to tell her I was satisfied with Ashley. That made a customer feel so uncomfortable. Now I have a dog with a very uneven awful haircut growing in. Very upset I was treated this way. Not a way to conduct a business! On top of it all I paid for this!!!! Never asked to be reimbursed. The owner offered. It never happened.

I highly recommend this groomer. I was able to get an appointment 2 days in advance with Emma. The young woman at the front desk greeted Ronda (my 8 yr old Shih-Poo) with kindness and professionalism. She took notes about my preferences for Ronda's cut and different things about Ronda's body. The end result was a groom just as I specified. The photo in the grass is before, and the others are after. I know my pup is adorable, fluffy, or trimmed, but she is so much more comfortable in the hot weather with less fluff. She was prancing all around, showing off her new doo. I plan to return to this groomer when I am in the area visiting my mother. 😘🐶💜

Everyone worked very well with my big baby in getting her nails done. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff was kind, responsive, efficient and affordable. What more could I ask for? Thank you!!!

Way better experience than a lot of other places

Just brought our beloved baby Mango the Kitty home from her floof trim, sanitary, bath and groom and I have to say, Paradise gets more than five stars. They did an amazing job. I didn’t get the names of the two women who were working today but they deserve a shoutout. Grooming a cat isn’t a simple job; they can be fighters if not in the right mood/situation. Mango came home without anxiety, looking like the precious baby girl we spoil. Paradise is now our new place from here on out. Kudos!
