We took our very large, german shepherd to get his nails clipped. He hates anyone touching his feet or clipping his nails, most people won't take him because he can be so difficult. Rover Make Over was PHENOMENAL!!! This woman is a wizard! She not only kept our dog calm, but was able to clip his nails quickly and effectively, not even producing a single bark or growl in our dog. Amber is extremely helpful, she even stayed late to accommodate us. We will never go any place else! Our dog left happy, cleaned up, and no one lost blood! Very reasonably priced! Truly the best we have ever experienced.
I had a last minute dog grooming necessity LOL because of my daughter not making an appointment in a timely manner with her regular groomer, and Amber went out of her way to squeeze Frisco and Angus into her shop last Saturday 7/22. Great communication and great price too! highly recommend this shop! and the dogs look great!
Amber took the time to speak with me on the phone (it was like a consultation, really) before my appointment with my senior Pomeranian mix. She and her groomers were rockstars for dealing with her, as Ruby is a rescue who's had a hard life before us (we just got her, and she's still very timid, and even snaps at some people, unfortunately). Afterwards, she explained what she did, and Ruby looked amazing. Best of all, I was amazed how cheap it was! We'll be back!
I am so thankful that I found Rover Make Over! Amber is so kind and gentle with my Yorkie's. One of my Yorkie's is a senior and I have been hesitant about leaving her in the care of someone else to get groomed. However I simply don't have the time anymore to groom her or her sister. Amber at Rover Make Over scooped up my little senior and started cradling her and rocking her in her arms like she was a baby. She instantly put me and my pups at ease. Amber thoroughly groomed both my fuzzy kids from head to toenails and they look great! They came home happy and beautiful! Thank you Rover Make Over! See you in 8 weeks!
