I’ve been getting my Munchkin cat Leo detailed for a while now. Ivan is honestly BY FAR the best groomer we’ve had the pleasure to run across. We are taking from Arizona to Washington state. As a small business owner, that deals in localized Cryo therapy, I genuinely appreciate his attention to detail. It is so critical and important. This cannot be understated. I will only take Leo to Ivan going forward. 10/10 recommend this grooming business for your beloved fur babies.

My 2 yr old puppy came here for his first grooming ever, and I MUST leave a review. They did such a great job with him. Anything that I care deeply about, I look at the reviews first and that is what made me choose this salon (so thanks to everyone who left a review). The reviews led me to believe he would be in great hands with people who genuinely care and they fell nothing short of my expectations. My dog looks great and I can tell he’s a lot happier! We had our dog groomed today and I can confidently say this was the best grooming experience we’ve ever had. From start to finish, the team was professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. When we picked our dog up, we were honestly blown away. The haircut was absolutely flawless. The trim was perfectly even, the ears were styled beautifully, and the pink detailing on the ears and paws was blended so cleanly and professionally. It was stylish without being overdone, and you can tell real skill and care went into every detail. Most importantly, our dog looked comfortable and happy — not stressed or rushed. That means everything to us. My wife immediately said it was the best haircut she’s ever seen on our dog, and I completely agree. We’ve found our groomer for good. If you’re looking for precision, creativity, and true attention to detail, this is the place. Highly recommend. Five stars all day.

Amazing job. I’m sorry if it seemed I didn’t like it at first. I just didn’t realize how long my puppy’s hair got and I wasn’t used to the sudden change. Once we got home and I got used to it, I saw how handsome my puppy looked. You did an amazing job. His paw pads were the best I’ve seen them. Everything was perfect. No injuries. And his mental state was very good. He was absolutely traumatized after our experience at pet smart where he did get hurt.

We’ve been bringing our golden doodle for grooming to Lugari since January of 2020. Cassie and Mr Lugari have been outstanding not only with wonderful service setting up appointments, but also training their staff to be meticulous and thorough groomers. You can count on wonderful care for your pet!

I called last minute to get my Pomeranian groomed and they were able to squeeze in She was friendly and helpful and I absolutely loved the way my puppy looked. He was a hot mess before. They did a beautiful job and even fixed what the previous groomer had done. I will continue to go to this groomer and I highly recommend if anyone needs a pet groomer. I took my Aussie in for his quarterly full service. I got a call shortly after that he had a wound on his belly, so I went and picked him up. I was charged the full amount, but at the time was more concerned about my dog, even though I was definitely questioning the charge. I called last week and was told that because it had been 4 wks, he is due for a full service. I explained again, that I had already paid for full service, but did not receive it. The only thing I was asking for is that they trim his butt area. I was told that she had to talk to the owner and would call me back. I never got a call back. Horrible customer service.
