Staff was lovely and didnt mind taking a few minutes for the daschund to get comfortable before I left. Took about an hour and a half for both, it was my border collies first time getting groomed. They both smelled so good and were so happy when I got them. Border collie has sensitive skin so they used the oatmeal shampoo and he wasnt itching at all. They even managed to brush the small ones teeth and he is most certainly a fighter. It also came with a report on their weight (laughed when they explained the border collie was, "well fed") and general health Good price, great staff, will be back for the next time they need it!

I had an amazing experience at Scenthound Grooming with my two rescue girls! I was a little nervous bringing one of them in because it was her very first grooming appointment and she also has ear issues, but the team made it such a great first experience. Steve greeted me right at the door and instantly made me feel welcome. The groomers were also absolutely amazing. They were all so patient, gentle, and really listened to all of my concerns. I could tell they genuinely love what they do. I originally wasn’t planning on signing up for a membership, but after seeing how well my dogs were treated, I ended up joining because I know we’ll be back for regular baths. They also did a fantastic job dremeling their nails! Highly recommend Scenthound!

I was very pleased with the service at Shea Scent Hound. Steve was very personable. Explained the service pretty good London my Cavalier was happy and he looked beautiful. They did a good job on his trim. He had the full service time we join and they have a pretty reasonable package and the best thing is no contract. We will be back next Month.

The other day we stopped by when they were closed but Carley was kind enough to answer my questions anyway! She explained things thoroughly and as a result, today was our first time with Scenthound for our two pups. Carlin was super welcoming when we entered and engaged with our dogs which we appreciated since one of ours is anxious. Each dog got a bath and came out excited and happy and smelling good! We liked the report card for SCENT (skin, coat, ears, nails, teeth) which was helpful. Carlin was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions today and we subsequently signed up for the monthly program. Both Carley and Carlin are exemplars in customer service and we're happy to be Scenthound customers now!
