I've had Edwin hand strip my Cairn Terrier numerous times. I've been pleased all of those times and have always tipped. But today, I noticed when we got home, there was blood in my car. When I looked closer at her, I saw "inflamed" bald spots all over her. I called Edwin and asked what happened and it appeared someone else clip her (her head appeared scissor cut). He was immediately defensive and rude. Very unprofessional.

Edwin and his entire staff are very Kind & Professional, and Excellent with handling all their dogs. Our 1-1/2 yr old male standard is so Calm & Relaxed when we pick him up. Took my dog here a few times for nail trims. The last time I took her, she bled so much it got on my sheets and comforter. I didn't expect this. It made me a bit sad that they could be this careless. This has never happened before anywhere else. I was hoping this would be the place I would take her to for a long time, but I was already noticing they are a bit rough with dogs. It doesn't seem they enjoy dogs much. They just want to ge the job done. They don't know how to cut dog nails they cut them too short, too quick.'We won't be coming back, Highly recommend you don't either. When they cut her nails, she yelps and whines, my daughter did it, and she was fine. We gave her treats and told her she was a good girl, that's what she needed to hear.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! Took my Shorkie in here over a week ago for the first time & the guy working handed him over and didn't say a word. I got into my vehicle and noticed both of his eyes were COMPLETELY bloodshot, no white in his eyes what so ever. I did research and chalked it up to possible shampoo in the eye or hairs in his eyes that irritated them so I waited to see if it cleared up. He started having multiple episodes of choking so we took him to the animal hospital yesterday. The vet said he had popped blood vessels most likely from STRANGULATION (restraints being too tight or foul play) He is now on steroids, eye drops & a pill to hopefully get him back to his normal happy self. I feel guilty for leaving him in these people's hands. Don't make the same mistake I did! Please avoid this company as I've seen this has happened to other customers small dogs. This place should not be in operation.

From the first time I met Edwin, he took the time to talk with me and explained the process of getting my dog looking her best. He was very kind to my dog and took the time to have her be comfortable with him and being on his table. He is a true professional. The owner is awesome! Her salon is extremely clean and she makes you feel welcome from the minute you step through the door. Definitely a FIVE star salon.
