Great service! I called they said bring him right over he was finished and ready for pick up in 1hour. Toby looks and smells amazing! So pleased!

Might be a little more professional if you answer your phone using your business. And then people don’t have to guess and then at least be a little more legible when you respond when people have to ask is this your business. If I have to ask you if this is your business, I’m gonna spend my money somewhere else.
Awful awful service. don’t ever bring your dog here to get groomed or bathed. we asked to get our dog trimmed, nails cut, and bathed and it was the worst service i had ever seen. 4 1/2 hours later we picked him up, he was completely choppy everywhere, nails were not trimmed, and still damp from the bath. I could’ve done a better job myself. will never go there again and advise others to never go there. AND STILL WAS ASKED TO PAY 35$.
If you want a no nonsense experienced groomer definitely make an appointment. She was quick , professional, and did a great job. I will definitely be going back.
My cocker spaniel can be difficult to handle and the groomer did an excellent job. She groomed him exactly the way I wanted him done. Very professional and quick to return phone calls. I also like that they have some evening appointments as I work during the day.
