Posh Pooch

I've been taking my dog to Posh Pooch for the past two years, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The kindness and care they show towards my dog, are truly exceptional and the grooming itself is consistently excellent. He always comes back looking fantastic. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the genuine love for animals that the staff demonstrates.

We took our 3 dogs here and they turned out amazing! My dogs were nervous to go inside so the owner helped us which was really nice. Everyone was very caring and made sure the dogs were groomed exactly how we wanted. We will definitely be going here again!

Updated: The owners responded and offered a full refund for the inconvenience! No one is perfect and mistakes are inevitable, but this owner took responsibility and put the customer first. Thanks Posh Pooch! I recently visited this Posh Pooch to use the self wash station. This was my first visit; I had found them by searching for self wash locations in my area. They advertised the price for using the self wash station as $20. However, when I completed my wash and went to pay, they charged me $45! I notified the representative that there was a mistake as the website says it is $20. I even pulled it up and shared it real-time. The representative said that they had recently changed their prices for self-wash. I told her that it is unfair to advertise one price and charge another, especially charging more than double the advertised price. They said they understood and would notify the owners but did not refund the difference. I asked for the owners email and wrote to inform them of the issue. I also requested they honor the advertised price and refund the difference. am currently awaiting a response.

This is our 3rd time going in to get Riley’s haircut & we absolutely love it every single time. She’s ready for the hotter days coming around with her summer cut but still looking as cute as ever. As always, my Riley comes out happy and even had a bit of zoomies showing how much care they really take while grooming our doggies. I love posh pooch!! 💖

I have had nothing but great experiences with Posh Pooch. The staff is super friendly, timely, and easy to schedule with. I can always count on them for consistent grooming, no shaming if my Paisley has tangles and most importantly, Paisley never seems to be afraid to go or terrorized when i pick her up. 10 Stars ⭐️

I’ve been a loyal client of Posh Pooch for over two years, bringing my French bulldog Pepe and more recently my pug, Cacio. During that time, the groomers themselves have always been skilled and kind to my dogs, and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of the grooming. That said, the overall experience has changed significantly over the past year or so. After Patricia left, the atmosphere shifted and began to feel more corporate and transactional, losing the warmth and flexibility that originally kept me coming back. I had a long-standing weekly appointment at 7:30 a.m., which historically allowed for a small arrival window (7:30–8:00). At my most recent visit, I arrived at 7:45 and was charged a $35 no-show fee. When I questioned it, I was told the fee would stand and that I would also be subject to a late fee. This felt rigid and inconsistent with the arrangement I had maintained for years. Ultimately, I decided to remove myself from the schedule due to the lack of flexibility and the feeling of being nickel-and-dimed rather than valued as a long-term client. As a final note, I requested the return of my dogs’ personal specialty shampoo when leaving, and the container was empty. It’s disappointing, as I truly appreciated the groomers and the care they gave my dogs, but the overall customer experience no longer feels aligned with what it once was.

I love Posh Pooch & the groomers there! They always do such a great job! My dogs are regulars and go monthly and they care for them so well! I am a very picky dog owner who is over-protective of my fur-babies. I used to bring my senior dog (poodle mix also) here and she loved seeing her groomer friends. Now that I have these two babies, they get the luxury of a spa day every time they go to posh pooch! Thank you for all you do Posh Pooch! Plus, you can go next door to the coffee shop and work while your babies are getting pampered! It’s a win win! 🙂
