Angel has been grooming my havanese for several years now and she always does a wonderful job! Penny is adorable and clean and looks just like a teddy bear when she's all done. People often ask where I get her groomed because she looks so cute. Communication has always been clear, and Angel has been happy to adjust anything I've asked for. I've definitely found a groomer to stick with with Classic & Classy, and I will keep recommending them!

I can’t say enough great things about C&C. After a traumatic experience at another Seattle groomer that ended in an emergency vet visit, I was hesitant to try anywhere new. Seeing that C&C is fear-free certified gave me the confidence to give them a shot and I’m so glad I did. Angel was truly an angel throughout the entire process. She was patient, thoughtful, and communicative, helping my pup ease into his first session at his own pace. She clearly prioritized his safety and comfort over rushing, even when I’m sure it impacted her schedule. Honestly, I would’ve been happy with a mediocre haircut if it meant my dog felt safe—but not only did they meet that bar, his haircuts have been perfect every time. We’ve gone back multiple times, and even my most ambitious ideas turn out beautifully. 10/5 stars. I’m so grateful we found this place.

Took Harley in this morning for a bath, brush, and nails, and everything turned out great. Angel was gentle with him and clearly knows what she's doing. He came out looking clean, smelling good, and not stressed at all, which says a lot. Appreciate the care she took and the fact that they're fear-free certified. Will definitely be back.

It was my first time taking my sweet boy to Classic and Classy dog spa and we had an incredible experience! The check in was quick and easy. The groomer also checked in with me a couple times to make sure they got the length perfect. I was able to tip and pay online which made pick up quick. He looks incredible just like a little puppy!

Bryana always does a phenomenal job taking care of our anxious pup’s haircuts!! We get worried taking our pup into new groomers because of how nervous she gets, but Bryana eases so much of our worries! She asks questions and takes her time in the beginning making sure to understand what we want. And our pup comes back smelling so good!! I’d recommend them 100%!

Angel did an amazing job with my poodle puppy! Was his first grooming and he was so happy when he came out and looked like a handsome man! I know puppies can be hard that have never been groomed and she did amazing and was so patient with him!

They did a great job with our toy poodle! We just had them do an ear cleaning and nail trimming to see what the experience was like, and they did a fantastic job! I’m thrilled that we have a new place to take her that’s so close to home.
