Mr. Pups Pet Care

We have been taking our dogs to Mr. Pups since they opened, and we sing their praises everywhere. Q, Joey, and Irina are all professional and so kind and funny. We love opportunities to chat with them any time, they really take the time to get to know their clients, canine and human alike. They have made even our most nervous pups literally run excitedly to the shop, something we never experienced at any groomer before this. I will never pretend they love the grooming part, but they love the humans there and feel comfortable and HAPPY to go there. One of our dogs literally yips and pulls excitedly to go see them whenever we walk past, wanting to see her friends. We feel so lucky to have them as our groomers, and recommend them 100%.

Q, Joey, and Irina are exceedingly caring people! First off, our dog Jasper looked well-groomed and super clean after the visit. I’m extremely pleased with how patient they are with both their clients and the dogs in their care. Second, I really appreciate that they took the time to make the entire experience feel so personal and thoughtful. I honestly don’t know how to put into words just how much heart they pour into their work. It’s clear that they genuinely love dogs, and that love shines through in every detail. Even with Jasper, who tends to be a bit nervous. Their calm energy and gentle handling made all the difference. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do and that kind of care is truly rare. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for groomers who go above and beyond. Your pets will be in the hands of people who truly care. We’re so grateful we found them! 💕🐕

I admit I also am not a true client of Mr. Pups but met Max many years ago at a dog park. My dog, Luna, repeatedly runs to Max excitedly when we see him at local parks. Luna will notice him from afar, take off and end up in Max's arms within seconds. He truly, truly loves the pups and the pups clearly know it. He knows the pups in his care, is compassionate, professional and kind. He and his crew really are the best of the best in Seattle. Maybe I'll need Max's services at some point and I'd have no hesitation leaving Luna in the care of the Mr. Pups team. 😉

Excellent salon. Our PUPS was quite nervous at first but left with a GIANT smile on his face and looked like a million bucks!! Staff is very friendly; they’re clearly adept at taking care of "nervous Nellies and Neds" and the price is in-line with expectations. I recommend this place for everyone’s PUPS!!!

Irina always does a great job with our shy 12lb terrier mutt. All the staff are very nice. The place is very calm and inviting (some dog grooming places are very loud and chaotic). Highly recommend!

What can I say about the most amazing & best pet service and staff around! Our pup, Millie, has been loved and cared for by everyone from Max (owner), to Joey (groomer), to Niko (dog park sitter extraordinaire) to Jessica (overnight boarding) and everyone in between and the consensus is that our golden retriever adores everyone! For that we are so grateful and the communication and updates are top notch! Highly recommend for pretty much all your dog needs ❤️. The Mr. Pups gang is truly family for our Millie 🙏

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Pups! Our Shiba Inu is not always the easiest, but Joey always gives him a good report card. He is like a dog whisperer!! SO grateful for the service we get at Mr. Pups.
