Hate to do this but I had to edit my 5 star review unfortunately. Took my dog in today like I have been for the past two years but today wasn’t fun at all. I had to take my dog to the vet after I brought him in for a grooming appointment. When I picked him up I noticed his eye was irritated and he was squinting it. I said to myself well it’s probably just irritated from soap if it got in his eye or something, but when we got home it stayed the same so I had to take him to the vet. Turns out he has a scratch on his eye. His eye was perfectly fine when I took him there and now all of the sudden there’s a scratch on it. Now I have to give him two different eye drops and his eye is still bothering him. 157$ later after the vet and already having to pay 80$ for grooming, not happy at all and I won’t be taking him back here for grooming. I just pray his eye won’t have to be removed.

I was shocked by the incredibly limited stock at this location. There were zero freeze-dried treats for cats or ferrets, and absolutely no toys or treats for ferrets at all. They also do not stock Mazuri feed for guinea pigs or ferrets. For cats, every single toy option was filled with catnip—retailers need to remember that not every owner wants catnip-infused toys. The dog food section only features mid-range brands that my dog won't eat. It is a very generic selection across the board. If you own an exotic pet, skip this store and head into the city to AGA or Petco. Even Tractor Supply has a better exotic feed selection for guinea pigs and ferrets, stocking brands like Mazuri instead of just Marshall and Oxbow.
