U Wash Puppy

Can't say enough about this place. The lady working (Meredith?) went over and above to help me and my Heidi girl. She was so helpful and understanding! Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend!!!

EVERY DOG PARENT in KC NEEDs to know about this place! We recently adopted a dog and her short hair doesn't need the routine grooms like her older long haired brother. We wanted DIY but minus the clean up. This is the place! All of this provided and within arms reach: Towels, scrubber, suds, and dryer. Our senior gal was a bit skiddish, but with all of these tools at the ready we could focus on easing her nerves.

I took my Scottish terrier there on Friday and I was so impressed. They had shampoo towels brushes. It was great then they cut his toe nails which I didn’t think they would be able to do. But he was so good that Cliffy didn’t even blink or cry. I will definitely take my other Scottie’s there. I just can’t say enough about this puppy wash.

First time going here and definitely will be back. My previous dog was a cairn terrier so washing her at home was no problem but my current dog is a Bernedoodle so there's no chance I'd be able to wash her in a standard house bathtub as big and wild as she can be. The tubs here are deep, a mat on the floor of the tub so they don't slip, a collar to help keep them standing in the same spot, and a hose with a spray nozzle that goes the length of the tub so you don't have to twist them around to get the shampoo out. It was an easy transition from tub to an elevated section to dry them off as well as an adjustable speed air dryer. All of this for $14. Between her grooming appointments we'll be back without a doubt.

Found this little gem while traveling through KC to Illinois. I picked up a puppy for a friend on my way home, and he needed a quick freshening up for the rest of the ride home. U Puppy Wash wasn't too far off the highway to be out of the way. We didn't have a wait, we got right in. Each bath station you are provided 2 towels, a shampoo scrubber, a brush, shampoo and water. When you are finished with your puppy's wash, there is even a blow dryer. I especially liked how the bathtubs were normal "people" size tubs, and they are raised up so washing can be comfy for you and your best pal of any size. I spent $11, and I thought it was totally worth every cent. This place did not disappoint.

Our baby was suffering from multiple organ failure, but we wanted her bathed and groomed before she passed. U-Wash Puppy was the only place with a groomer who would help us. We could absolutely see the last 2 days of her life were just a little better because she was cooler and she could actually see us. Now, two weeks later, we're back with another of our dogs who chased a skunk. It's so much easier using their table-height tubs and having all the necessities so easily available. We will definitely be using them often.

Very friendly staff. The lady working came by to give us tips for washing our new dog. Steps and stools provided for short people and kids which is so helpful!
