They are always nice n do a wonderful grooming job

They do perfect work every time on my little Yorkie. This last time she even let me know my fur baby had an ear infection and I truly appreciated that. Would highly recommend them anytime.

We took our mini poodle Cinnamon to this puppy spa and they did a great job on our pup! She smelled amazing and had the cutest bow in her hair when we picked her up. For some reason our sweet girl is a little jumpy around males and they accommodated our special request to have her groomed only by women staff. I’d definitely recommend this place to have your pup groomed!

Did an amazing job on our toy poodle. He does not like haircuts or baths and he turned out handsome with his teddy bear cut! Listened to our needs and were so sweet to our little fur baby! Pricing was below our old groomer and was able to schedule our dog in fairly quickly. Finally found our fur-ever groomer! Bonus- he came home with a cute little bandana!

We haven't been able to get our elderly rat terrier to our normal groomer in months. I just had a baby, so a scheduling has not been as easy. Carrie was so pleasant and helpful in finding a time to squeeze us in. Delilah looks great (especially those nails, which were in desperate need of a trim). Thank you so much. This may become our go-to spot. The de-shed job really took it over the top for me. The less vacuuming I have to do, the better. Between breastfeeding and trying to launch a freelancing businesses, it's a pain to clean up hair so it doesn't get all over the baby. I cannot thank you enough.

They've given my dog multiple cuts and razor scrapes. She would come home and yelp if you touched her near those areas. The vet cleared her so it was definitely this place that caused it. There's no system to know when your dog will be finished besides just calling them back every few hours. That is an inconvenient way of keeping clients updated. They get behind VERY easily. I'm going somewhere more professional and less about just getting as many dogs $$$ in as possible, without much coordination.
