Perky Paws Dog Grooming Salon

Horrible experience, my mom took both of our puppies in for a nail trim and on our way home we noticed both of our puppies looked uncomfortable, my mom noticed her puppy’s paw was bleeding everywhere on her and her car (she didn’t charge us for our puppy that was bleeding either, which makes me think she knew what she had done). When we got home we started checking their nails. Our girl puppy that was bleeding, has white nails so you can see when to stop clipping and the rest of her nails weren’t clipped. Even though our boy puppy isnt bleeding he’s nails are flat to his pads and so uneven.

Great experience for me and my puppy! He came back clean, well trimmed, nails cut and filed, even with a cute little bandana. The place was clean, nicely decorated, easy to find, lots of parking, prices were decent, and they have a nice staff. I will definitely be bringing him back there. He looks great, smells great, came back with a super happy attitude. We even have a plan on when I should return. They were really patient and good with the dogs, and people. Thanks!!!

I asked them to make sure my puppy's hair is a little longer than shorter and they chopped her. I asked to keep the top of her hair long so I can put bows in her hair and they cut it completely off. Not only did they not listen to anything I asked, they made my dogs hair very uneven. They did a terrible job and I will never recommend this Groomer. My opinion the owner needs to hire experienced Groomers if she wants to stay in business. I can see if my dog was unruly and gave the groomer problems, but when the groomer called me she mentioned my fur baby did a remarkable job and she is so lovable. There was absolutely no excuse for the results we got with our baby. I added a before and after to back this review up.

I always have the best experiences here at Perky Paws! I have an Aussie who is very shy and timid, and they take such great care of him here! Shannon is one of the best groomers ever! She is super sweet, caring, and does a fantastic job! My pup loves to see her and is no longer scared of getting groomed! The facility is always super clean too, which makes me feel at ease. I highly recommend taking your fur babies here!

Terrible experience, I would never recommend taking a dog here wi the unprofessional, rude employee or owner. I called and booked a grooming wi a gift certificate they knew about. I came and the older lady was real uppity from the start asking me all these questions about the gift certificate I received frm king neptunes..there was no expiration date filled out, that's not my problem. I said I'd pay if it was an issue, then she said no its fine but we will only do a wash and trim on face, I said well I need a full grooming I'll pay for the difference. She charged me full price. I asked if it'd be ok if I was late to pick him up because I had a work meeting that ran over she said it was ok..they closed at 4..when I got there she charged me 10 more dollars for being an hr late even tho her website states 4pm not 3pm so i was only 2 min late..she lied to my face and butchered my dog..his hair is all uneven..terrible business..terrible groomers..the young girl was also making faces behind me back and when I turned she fixed it real fast. And they cut my pups eye!

Sam at Perky Paws is wonderful! She was very friendly, easy to get an appointment, and had reasonable pricing. Mia looks so cute, was given St Patrick’s bows, smelled great and looked exactly how I wanted! Highly recommend Sam!

Wish she had an online booking service. They don’t pick up a lot of the time, but leave a voicemail and they’ll get back to you. The kind staff and great work make up for that. My dog gets way too excited when she sees Shannon!
