Fernando is wonderful! He cares very much for the pups that he grooms, and that was evident from our first visit (which was a challenge for him and his assistant.) He does really great work as well, but leaving our girl in capable and caring hands means a lot to us. She was very anxious with others and that showed in her cut, her behavior at pickup, their attitudes about her when we picked up, etc. As I said, she was a handful on their first visit, but he made valuable recommendations going forward and took his time caring for her. We've now had 3 visits. He said it went well, and she was just happy to see us - not an anxious, desperate-to-leave pup. Plus, she looked adorable!
We couldn't be happier with Fernandos Pooch Parlor. Jazzy is treated like family and Fernando always does a fantastic job grooming her. She looks and smells amazing every time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a first-class groomer. We trust Fernando's pooch parlor!

My wife and I travel 356 days a year with our 3 Pomeranian's for work, and we've been to countless groomers from Michigan to Miami, and hands down Fernando from Fernando's pooch pawler is by far the best..!! When we went to pick up our Pomeranian ( kadie ) she was just hanging out with all the other dogs with her stellar new bath & Cut. And she normally does not get along with other dogs.. did I say Fernando is terrific with the dogs in his care..if you love your fur baby like we do we highly recommend Fernando's pooch pawler..
Upon arrival I knew this was our forever Poodle grooming family. Fernando and Tyna has my princess looking like a million dollar baby. They loved on her like she was theirs. Also I was sent pictures and updates during her entire time there. It was our first encounter and she was nervous initially. They have the most beautiful Standard Poodles and they are well trained. I am so happy we met. They do an excellent job.
Daisy my 5 month old Labradoodle was matted and needed help. She accepted Fernando right away. I was so impressed with his Parlor. Daisy is clean, happy, and ready for summer. She is beautiful and will definitely be a regular visitor to Fernando's Pooch Parlor
