PetSmart Grooming

Mya did a great job grooming my Luna who is a mid sized Golden Mountain Doodle. This was my first time taking her there and I was amazed with her skill and attention to detail. Luna looks amazing. Thank you for taking such great care of her. I would definitely recommend her to others.

i was buying a fish for my 10 gal tank and the lady pointed at really small fish and said that they can live in a 10 gal tank they seemed really small for a 10 gal tank but i bought them anyways. the lady was real irritating and annoying. i was trying to buy a goldfish because the previous day a worker said they need a 20 gal tank minimum but i can keep it in a 10 gal tank for a couples month then switch over when i got a 20 gal tank. i explained that to the lady and she was still being really annoying. i wish better more polite workers worked there. im 14 and getting yelled at my a middle aged woman. i want a worker that can help me explain how to take care of the fish because she did not. i dont even remember the name of the fish i bought. the next day three of them were dead stuck in the water filter i can get one of them out and i cant find the other two. i dont know if i have to big of a filter or what but i feel bad for my poor fishies. like some of yall needa lock in bra.

The place is constantly filthy. Been here twice, the first time I didn’t have my dogs rabies tag on her collar; my fault. Second time, I walked in as they opened the doors for the day and the place was filthy from the day (or days) before. Wouldn’t perform a nail trim on my dog without rabies vaccine paperwork even though she had her tag on. The condition of the grooming area is just as much of a health risk as any other viral outbreak.
