I was in need of a new groomer (was taking her to PetSmart) cuz my gal seemed to really hate going the last few visits. She would pull away when the groomer would take her from me, hop the gate, scratch at the door when i was leaving. I believed something happened or they weren’t treating her nicely. I seen this place online & it had good reviews that caught my attention. I stopped in to check the place out, get an estimate & get a feel of the vibe. Place is very cute & everyone was so nice so i booked! Lexi took care of my gal 🙂 when i picked my Lela up she was so happy & looked so good. She was calm… when i picked Lela up from PetSmart she would pant & seem so anxious the whole car ride back home. Not after DTails!! she was calm, no panting, she wasn’t running to get out the building like she did with PetSmart. She has a little clipper nick on her belly but it happens. She’s had way worse from PetSmart. I would recommend this place for sure. It is a bit pricy but if my gal feels safe & calm, & i feel that TRUST with my dog in your care, i don’t mind paying the extra. Thanks Lexi!

Karissa made her way to my apartment for the sole purpose of clipping my cat’s nails, She was friendly , kind but got the job done quickly and painlessly! A very good feeling for an obsessed cat owner. She shared stories of her many owned rescue pets. I was really impressed! I would never hesitate to call her again,

Makala was terrific with our young pups. This was the first grooming for all four pups and they arrived at our home at the scheduled time and took their time with each of our pups so that they were at ease. We are very pleased with the traditional springer cuts they received. They all looked so happy and handsome!

What a wonderful place and we loved our groomer! Shadow is an older husky, and he came out looking more handsome than ever. He even got a cookie for being such a good boy, thank you!

I won’t leave my baby anywhere else! The staff here are all professional,educated and extremely loving towards my Dachshund. For me to say I trust that she is in good hands is huge.

My two senior dogs needed a mobile groomer as they are older and car rides are more stressful. They have had the same groomer for 10 and 15 years and I was nervous about the change for them. Dtails was an amazing experience. They were careful and did an wonderful job. My pups were happy and not anxious at all. They found their new groomer. So happy I called them!

Sam C at Dtails did an awesome job with my girl! She listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered! She was patient, talented, and so kind. The salon is so clean and you really feel like your pet is being pampered! Thankful for this find!
