We love it here!! Gabby takes such wonderful care of my dog. My doodle just loves her, And my doodle doesn’t easily take to everyone. Every time I pick up Matilda, I am surprised by what Gabby has created. It’s like opening at Christmas present. She always gives her a different look. Today she came out with painted nails, they were adorable. The groomer Gabby is THE GO TO 😍😍😍. My dog just knows she’s gorgeous when she leaves Woofgang, her entire walk changes!

Daiane is the best! Cuddles always comes out looking radiant and like a puppy! She is very patient and wants to make sure you’re satisfied. She is great with small dogs. ❤️

Absolutely top-notch! I booked a last-minute appointment for my Frenchies after moving into MAA @ West Village, and they went out of their way to fit us in. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, which made it easy to trust them right away. Josh took great care of Brody—I just know he was in good hands the whole time. So happy we found this place. I absolutely LOVE Woof Gang, and so does my puppy. She loves walking in because she is always greeted with love and kindness. She gets groomed by Josh, who also takes care of many of her friends. He takes incredible care of her, and I trust him wholeheartedly. Monica, the owner, is extremely nice, friendly and so is Jen. Could not recommend the Smyrna location of Woof Gang enough!

I’ve been going to Woof Gang for over a year and have been very happy with the grooming experience. My 10 year old Maltipoo always looks so cute and puppy like after every grooming session. All the groomers have been great, but I love how Gina grooms my dog’s face and I try to go see her every time.

I brought my dog, Ryder, in for grooming and was disappointed with the initial result. The haircut was uneven, his ears and tail appeared largely untouched, and overall the groom looked incomplete. Because of these concerns, I returned the following day to have the grooming corrected. During that visit, I specifically pointed out that the hair around Ryder’s paw pads had not been trimmed to my satisfaction and requested that it be cut further. At no point did anyone tell me that additional trimming could cause discomfort or injury, nor was I advised that the paw pads had already been trimmed as much as safely possible. Had that been communicated, I would not have requested additional trimming. After the grooming appointment, Ryder experienced paw discomfort and was seen by a veterinarian. When I contacted the salon to discuss my concerns and request a refund, I was told that because I had requested additional trimming, the salon accepted no responsibility and would not issue a refund. My concern is not that I made the request, but that I relied on the expertise of professional groomers to determine what could safely be done. If a requested service cannot be performed safely, I believe that should be communicated to the pet owner rather than performed. I was also disappointed by how my concerns were handled. During my phone conversation with management, the focus was on citing the grooming agreement and denying responsibility rather than addressing my concerns about Ryder’s welfare and the lack of communication regarding the risks of additional paw pad trimming. When I explained that I would not be returning and would share my experience in a review, I was told I was free to do so. At no point did I feel there was an effort to understand my concerns or work toward a resolution. Based on the quality of the initial groom, the need to return for corrections, Ryder’s subsequent discomfort, and the handling of my concerns, I will not be returning.
