Amazing!!!! Both of our big doodles come here for their grooming and every single time we have had an amazing experience. As a dog and especially doodle owner, it’s rare to find a groomer that you can say that about. Our dogs always look amazing and are clearly loved and cared for during their visits. They so know what they are doing with doodles! I hope this business continues to thrive and grow even bigger. Thank you for your impact on our girls’ lives! 😊🐶

This was our first time coming in, and Erin did such a wonderful job grooming my dog Hiro! She was especially diligent and gentle when taking care of some matted hair, which I really appreciated. She’s friendly, professional, and clearly cares about the pets she works with. My pup came back looking clean, happy, and so well-groomed. She did wonders for his hair and we’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend Erin!

They did very bad job with my dog , specially when we told them to not cut it very short still they did super short hair to my dog without my consent. I will never ever go back to them in my life . It was horrible experience. Never go there for your dogs grooming

We have been taking our Doberman here for nail trims and grooming monthly for the past few years now. The staff is wonderful with our dog and always does an excellent job. He always comes back so soft and smelling amazing. Sometimes he even leaves with the cutest bandana around a holiday! We will continue to recommend Yankee Doodle to anyone looking for grooming services for your pup here in South Elgin / Elgin area.

Tried out a new Dog Groomer to us . First ..messaged to get appointment set up ..super easy for our big Newfy Diesel and our Lil guy Oreo. The day of the appointment dropping off went smooth , attention to requests went perfect. Picking up went smooth also with a text reminder and notification they were done. Excutution of our request was spot on. Friendly staff n helpful. Definitely be back and definitely recommend. See ya soon

On February 28, I took my dog to this groomer for the second time. When my husband picked her up, the male groomer told him that my dog supposedly had a scab on her paw and that while cleaning it, he "accidentally" removed it and it began bleeding. Prior to this appointment, my dog showed absolutely no signs of having a scab, injury, spotting, or discomfort with her paw. However, after the grooming appointment, she came home with what was clearly a deep cut on her paw. I attempted to treat it at home for several days, but the wound did not improve and my dog began showing clear signs of pain and discomfort. I ultimately had to take her to the vet, which resulted in a bill of several hundred dollars and antibiotics because the injury was not healing properly. It is extremely concerning that my dog left this facility injured, and the explanation given does not match the condition she was in before the appointment. This experience was unacceptable and very disappointing. I will not be returning to this dog spa

They are so nice here and did a great job on my guy! He has really tight curls. They were able to give him a trim and brush him out and his fir was so incredibly soft when we got him back! They are reasonably priced and for the most part are pretty quick from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for your pups needs.
