I love this mobile pet gromming service. They are always on time and my Maltese Sugar is always so right. I dont have to stop what im foong to get her groomed just walk to the drive way and my groomer is there waiting. Yes it is a bit pricey but who cares when yu dont have to leave home.
I've personally have not used you guys before. I come from a customer service background. For a business to reply the way you reply back to people, it's just embarrassing. It seems you guys don't care about your customers or the pets. Disgrace of a customer service pointbif view. Will never take my pets to you guys.
