Petco Grooming

Had a an appointment at 9:30am arrived at 9:45am for a two pet appointment was helped out by salon manager Vivian and while checking me in she seemed upset about the 15 min tardiness and I did notice the dog groomers didn’t seem to have any dogs at the moment. So I asked if it’s still ok and she decided it wasn’t ok claiming they are too busy but no dogs were being groomed at all. Don’t ever come here they are more concerned with doing their own personal grooming and make up than working. They don’t want to work here.

Worst experience ever!!! They treated my dog horribly He has been going there for a while and this last time I took him they mistreated him very badly!! Will not be going back ever again!!!!

Karime is amazing groomer. She caring and patient with my dogs. I do appreciate her job and how she treats them with love.

I love the groomers and the services provide by the cashiers ver good customer support.

If you book a 9am appointment when they open at 10am, good luck getting someone to answer a phone or to get the door opened. Although there is definately hands available to answer or they'll probably just hang up (pick up and hang up the phone, i saw this in person). Not my regular store, and even the limited costumer experience was lacking any humanity. I decided to walk out rather than leave my dog with them.

Took Nova in for her first ever grooming appointment. They took great care of her and made sure she felt comfortable. Apparently my wild overly hyper husky was well behaved with the staff.

I love taking my fur baby to Petco to be groomed or even just to shop. He loves the staff and they love him. The staff takes time out to greet us both and make sure we both are ok. When it’s time for grooming my fur baby leads the way and is very happy and excited to enter the door. When I pick him up he’s happy smelling good and ready to show off.
