It’s hard to give a proper review, as my dog is terrified of baths, water, and loud noises. It’s clear that they don’t know how to deal with rescues, but I can understand she’s a difficult dog. I ended up staying there and holding her the whole time, and she got a poor hair cut and a pretty rough bath. She sat still for the haircut, but the bath she was terrible. I even requested to not have a bath and just the haircut, to which they insisted on bathing. The price wasn’t horrible, but I could’ve done the same thing at home myself with less stress for cheaper. I’ve only had short hair dogs so I’ve never had an experience with a groomer. The groomer I was assigned to, I believe her name was Debra, did not understand how to handle a nervous dog. I don’t blame her for the poor haircut, but I wish they saw her anxiety and told me they couldn’t accommodate her before taking her in. There was another woman there that was helpful and tried to make my dog more comfortable who was very friendly. I took her to the Petco groomers prior to bringing her here and got a better haircut and didn’t have to stay there. I hoped this groomer would give a better experience, but they were inexperienced. Thank you, but I’m going to stick with learning to groom her myself.

Laura at Animal House is absolutely amazing! She grooms my cat, Mia, and the experience is always fantastic. Laura is incredibly gentle, patient, and clearly understands cats on a deep level. Mia can be a bit sensitive, but Laura makes her feel calm and safe the entire time. Mia comes home looking fantastic and clearly comfortable — no stress, no trauma, just a beautifully groomed and happy cat. It’s such a relief to find someone you can truly trust with your pet. I can’t recommend Laura enough for anyone looking for expert, compassionate cat grooming!

Came here to get a nail trim for my cat. I’m a new patient but it was very easy to book an appointment through text when the phones were busy. My cat gets very shy around strangers but the worker Alex was very nice, trimmed very quickly and said my cat behaved well! The price was also great, I’ll definitely be returning!

My beloved feline companion Gigi is typically quite skittish and easily stressed, but Laura's soothing demeanor and gentle touch put both me and my kitty at ease from the moment we met her. It’s been a few years now… Not only did Laura give my princess Gigi a thorough bath, but she went above and beyond to ensure that my fur baby was flea-free and healthy. 🧼📆😷She carefully inspected every inch of my cat's coat, expertly removing one pesky flea she found along the way. Furthermore, Laura provided me with invaluable tips and advice on how to prevent future flea infestations and keep my cat's coat in tip-top shape. I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention to detail that Laura showed throughout the grooming process. It is clear that she is truly passionate about what she does and genuinely cares for the well-being of her furry clients. It’s very hard to find someone with the Patient to do cats this crowd they are simply kind and patient and the cuts were perfect. I cannot thank them enough.

I am so thankful to have found a place to trim cat nails. I have been bringing my cat here for years! They truly always do an amazing job and have very reasonable prices. The staff are always helpful and extremely kind to my pet which I, of course, love
