My fiancé & I traveled an hour here today to bring our Standard poodle (5 months old) for his first grooming. I requested a Teddy bear cut & was told he had a lot of Matt in his hair which wasn’t necessarily true because he is regularly brushed. The matt in his hair was small & was typically in hard to groom areas however my baby was cut too short for my liking, but very good atmosphere & friendly workers. Thanks anyway.

While visiting town I made a first time appointment here and let me tell you, we will ABSOLUTELY be back! The ladies there were SO friendly and helpful. The groomer who did Zane’s cuts name was Cali/Kali/Calli. SUPER sweet!! I told her exactly what I wanted and she executed JUST that for me! We’re SO appreciative and this will be our new home while visiting the area. -Your friends from NC. Thank you!
I have used many groomers in the past and my furbabies were always nervous and stressed when I would take them. I always felt bad when I left them because they seemed so anxious. Oreo loves coming to Pampered Paws! He isn't nervous at all! He gets loves on and treated so well. He comes home looking remarkable and feeling relaxed! I won't ever take him anywhere but Pampered Paws now that I have found this wonderful 💖 place!
I had a great experience. I’m a first time fur baby mom lol. I was recommended taking my dog Izzy here from a friend. I’m glad I chose Pampered Paws for her grooming. Customer service was great, setting a appointment was easy. Her cut was neat clean and she had the cutest scarf on.
I have been taking my boys to Pampered Paws for a few years now and I just absolutely love them! Not only do they do an excellent job of grooming my SUPER anxious guy, they are wonderful people, and you can tell really love dogs. I 100% recommend if you want a great cut and clean for your puppers at a great price, with outstanding service.
