My dog Lola just got back from here and I am convinced they gave me a different dog. She looks so different and beautiful! They are so much more accommodating than petco. I am so thankful for them working with my high anxiety mini poodle. Pet smart and petco denied her/ not cause she’s a bitter but cause she’s anxious and po herself. Thank you again for working with my girl. We will be back again!

I had an appt for my dog to get a hair cut , bath and nails trimmed at 3pm last Thursday. My chiweenie is 10lbs. She was there for an hour and a half and all she got was bath and her nails trimmed. They put her in a kennel in the back after her bath and nail trim. She never got a haircut. They had kennels in the back and other dogs were yelping. This company is unorganized and shouldn’t be open for business. I will never go back. !!!!

Took my Cat for a grooming today! I highly recommend this place! Staff was super friendly, we had a amazing experience! Our new favorite place! Will definitely be back! ☺️☺️

They did a fantastic job and made Rosie look so beautiful! They were very kind and accommodating.

The ladies here are WONDERFUL with my dog! They've been in the business of grooming for years and they're professional as well as kind to the pets and the pet parents! I love going in and seeing their friendly faces. And my dog is always excited to visit!

Been going to Barks for over a year, but this is the last time. Called made an appointment a week prior, when dropped off owner said I’m running behind it’s going to be a few hours, she had every crate full, a wet dog in tub & was clipping another should of been a red flag, but I said okay. She also added she’s been working 7 days a week & trying to finish a remodel. Surprisingly I got a pick up call within an 1 1/2, go to pay & was told $120, I questioned cause higher than past few times, owner came out & says fine I’ll lower to $110 since I did a rush job. (My dogs cut reflects that) I paid & tipped (New higher rates are not posted anywhere, she should tell a client if charging more or not create a rate dog by dog or based off of her mood) As I was walking out she mumbles under her breath, I said excuse me I didn’t hear you, she says I like dogs not people I’m thinning my schedule please don’t come back, which I will happily not come back I want to take my dog to a groomer that does a good job & treats the clients with respect. Good luck to the new owner, she obviously can’t manage her calendar & takes it out on her clients, now an x client mutually

Luna has been going to Barks NV since she was a puppy they keep her looking fresh and clean, she loves her visits and is always happy to be there! Love Barks NV so happy we found them and they take such great care of our furry friend
