I was pleased and impressed on how they text you on the progress of the grooming (as you can see on my pictures). I really like they have a scale on the spot and lots of goodies to keep up with the cleaning of your furry babies, at the front desk they have a sample on how much you want the hair to be tream. The website is so easy and convenient to set up the appointment but the best part is that the staff is so sweet with the doggies. This place in general looks clean and doesn't smell like a wet dog LOL! I recommend this place for your furry babies 100%

We've been waiting for them to open, we were a previous customer of the location in Fort Worth and we have to say it did not disappoint. This location is better than the one we would use in Fort Worth. Chloe had a great experience, the facility is clean and modern. Best grooming experience we've had in Sparks. We highly recommend you give them a try.

This was a great experience for our Goldendoodle and Cavapoo! The staff are caring and take the time to update you during the grooming. We truly enjoyed the pictures they shared of our fur-babies during their time there 🥰 They also do well checks on your pups which is so nice and customize the shampoos for the breed and type of hair your dog has. They did a great job in literally 1/2 the time other groomers take which seems to lessen any stress they may have. And best of all my pups left happy, not traumatized and their cuts are adorable!! ⭐ 1-Star Review Very disappointed with this grooming service. I brought my dog in expecting a basic, complete grooming, but when I picked him up his nails were not cut and his ears were not cleaned. These are standard parts of a grooming appointment, and it’s unacceptable to pay for grooming when important parts of the service are simply skipped. It feels careless and unprofessional, especially when pet owners trust groomers to properly take care of their dogs. I should not have to go home and finish basic grooming tasks myself after paying for a service. I do not recommend this place at all. Respond to the owner: Thank you for responding, but the issue wasn’t just nail length. I’ve taken my Sumo Boy to other grooming places before and they have done a wonderful job trimming and filing his nails, so I know it can be done properly and safely. My dog’s nails clearly had not been trimmed, and his ears were also not cleaned at all. Ear cleaning is a standard part of grooming and it was completely missed. If there were concerns about trimming the nails further because of the quick, that should have been communicated at pickup. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, and I left feeling like basic parts of the grooming service were not completed.

We had our first grooming appointment and it was amazing! Clean, open and airy. The staff was extremely friendly and we received progress pics and updates throughout the appointment. We will absolutely continue to use Well Groomed.

Well Groomed did a great job making my Belgian Malinois rescue feel relaxed during her first grooming appointment! My dog is a little skiddish and doesn’t like blow dryers but she desperately needed to be deshed. The staff was so gentle and knowledgeable about how to calm my dogs anxieties and work with her quirks. I got text message updates and photos throughout the grooming process so I knew she was alright! My dog is so soft now, smells great and I can pet her without tufts of hair coming out!

We just adopted Simba and he had not been groomed in months. Simba looks FANTASTIC. Excellent service on nails, ears, and grooming. He has found his doggie spa! (before & after pictures of Simba)
