A Dog's Tale Grooming Salon

We have taken our Mini Bernedoodle puppy here twice now and each time has been a phenomenal experience. They are patient and kind to Birdie and checking in and out is a breeze. When I originally booked my first appointment, I spoke with them about cost and was shocked at how reasonable the pricing was. They were upfront about grooming Birdie and about the extra cost if they found excessive matting. The price if she was matted was still very reasonable. The ability for the dogs to roam is fantastic as our puppy is still learning how to play with other dogs. She did get put in puppy jail today as she was trying to play with a dog who was getting a haircut which was hilarious to hear. Amy has done great with our dog and is always quick to respond to our questions about getting her desensitized to grooming so it’s a great experience for all.

We just adopted Chanel and we were very worried about her first grooming. But Anna took very good care of our girl and even had fun while she was there. We will always bring our dogs here they do an amazing job.

A Dog’s Tale and their staff in Spokane Valley is absolutely wonderful. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and understanding—especially with our adopted Bouvier, Stevie. He’s had a rough past and is still learning to trust people, and they treat him with so much care and compassion. It means the world to us to know he’s in such gentle, understanding hands. We truly couldn’t recommend them more.

Emma at A Dog's Tail did a wonderful job on our Sheepadoodle, Maggie this morning. She was kind, tolerant of Maggie's excitable energy (as Emma said, "she has a lot to say") and Maggie's coat is soft and her groom is beautiful. Thanks so much! See you next month. Ann (& Maggie)

Sharre and her team did such an amazing job with my Golden Retriever. I called them for a last minute grooming and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. My dog was happy and normally he doesn’t like groomers. I will absolutely refer every person I know to them! They truly did an amazing service and I couldn’t be happier!!

Anna did such an incredible job with my long hair corgis! They have never looked better. The before and after amazes me!
