Nails to Tails Mobile Grooming

What a great experience for our two dogs! Nicole came right to our house and took each dog out to her amazing mobile grooming van to be pampered. Our dogs were excited to see Nicole and really enjoyed the mobile experience. In fact they were better behaved than whenever we’ve taken them to a grooming facility. They even looked like they were smiling when they came out! With our busy schedule we especially appreciate and value the convenience, professionalism and efficiency of Nails to Tails and highly recommend their services.

We love Nails to Tails grooming. We have two Scottie’s and a sealyham terrier, there is no one else we would trust our dogs with. Nicole is gentle, kind and treats our dogs as if they were hers. Add that she is a skilled groomer and a great communicator! My husband and I have used other groomers in the past but Nicole is hands down the one we trust our fur babies with the most. We love that she has gone mobile as it makes the processes much easier on our dogs and us with our work schedule.

Nicole has been grooming my dogs for 5+ years! My oldest Terrier Louis is a handful and she is the only groomer that has been able to groom him. He trusts her and now runs to her when he sees her. And now that she is mobile you almost feel vip because she shows up at your house to groom. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dogs! I highly highly recommend Nicole

Nails to Tails mobile grooming is the BEST!!! My dogs and I, all just love Nicole!! We have been using Nicole as our groomer for over 5 years ... she is patient and kind and my dogs are all so comfortable with her ... they truly see her as a friend!!! Our dogs range from a 16 year old fragile girl ... to very young pups ... Our life is challenging, as I rescue and foster ... we have many dogs, most with traumatic pasts, so it can be chaos here, at times, but Nicole never sees anything as a problem, she gives them one on one time, and they are not afraid ... her mobile grooming van is clean and perfect!! She is always on time and has a great system set up of ‘reminders’ for appointments. The time and stress it saves me from having to take each dog in, individually, Is so valuable to me ... she’s just a huge blessing in all of our lives!! We HIGHLY recommend Nicole, owner of Nails to Tails!!!!!

Nicole is THE best! Our Australian Labradoodle is under 2 years old and she is so patient with him. She really listened to how we wanted him groomed and he always looks amazing. I highly recommend Nails to Tails!

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment three months ago and she just didn’t show up or call to cancel. I have 3 animals that she grooms so I had to rearrange my schedule to be ready for the appointment so it is extremely inconsiderate and rude to not show up when you clearly have the ability to cancel. We were also unable to go to our animals weekly physical therapy appointment because the only appointment time they had was during their grooming time fo this week. Not only is she unprofessional but her demeanor is rude as well. I would not recommend taking your animals to her especially if you intend on her showing up to do her job.

Everything was great until the new year hit. It seems like she might have stopped grooming pets? Can’t know for sure because she deleted her Facebook and never reached out to inform her clients. While she was always on time and did a great job the way she just ghosted us recently was seriously unprofessional and inconsiderate. Edit: She did reach out and explain the situation. I’ll reiterate again while I was miffed on the communication aspect her services were top notch.
