Melanie did a fabulous job with Gilly! She was very sweet, provided updates, and we will definitely return. Gilly is a fluffy little lion until her annual grooming appointment, at which time she sort of resembles a squirrel lol. She may look less distinguished but she will be much cooler all summer long.

We've had troubles in the past with grooming for our dog. He will obsessively lick his sensitive areas for weeks after each grooming. For the first time ever, he is completely happy and not anxious after a haircut. Thank you Zevi for caring about my wife's instructions for our dog ilo.

Melanie did an amazing job making our plus sized and very skittish kitty’s first visit to the groomer a pleasant and stress-free experience. After a sanitary trimming to help reach areas he has trouble grooming on his own, he is a happy kitty, proudly walking around with more sass and a much cleaner…butt! 😺

A wonderful, compassionate, and experienced place that I take both of my Goldendoodles to be groomed. Katie is always willing to impart knowledge and help me navigate taking the best care of my girls. I highly recommend NW Groom Room!

I drive an hour to and back for Zevi and everyone else at Northwest Groom Room. My husky is my baby and only deserves the best and this team is it. They listen to my requests and are super kind to me and my dog Kenai, they do the bare minimum to shave him to keep his natural coat which was a huge deal for me. And Kenai looks and smells amazing every time I get him and they tell me if he was acting like a true husky. I recommend this place to every dog owner; the prices are worth it to see my baby happy and beautiful every time. (And yes I dye my dogs tail and LOVE the results every time)

My pup Kylo has been groomed by Katie for a couple of of years now. She is always professional and I can tell she truly cares for all the pets she sees. She is very flexible and understanding with rescheduling, which I can always appreciate. Most importantly, she takes care of Kylo. He has ongoing eye issues and makes sure to be on top of keeping them lubricated and clear of furry. Her work is always immaculate. I've been to a few other groomers and they are never consistent like Katie. Perfect every time =)

Northwest Groom Room is the place to go! We took our puppy for her first groom, not knowing what to expect, and we were extremely pleased with the experience/outcome.
