Here is a before and after photo! The groomer Katie always does a great job! I think the price of the service is well worth it and the shop has great selections of dog collars, toys, treats, and even home products! (Also the before photo is after a long play date at the dog park lol)

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Wolfgang! From the moment we walked in, I could tell my dog was in loving, capable hands. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and professional—they took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure my pup was comfortable every step of the way. The grooming results were absolutely perfect—my dog looked fresh, clean, and adorable, and smelled amazing too! You can really tell they put extra care into every detail, from the even trim to the little touches that made my dog look and feel his best. Also there was a special and he had a blueberry facial. What I appreciate most is how gentle and calm they are. Finding a groomer who combines skill, compassion, and great customer service is rare! Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality grooming with a personal touch. 🐾

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We dropped off my dog for a full groom and were advised she would have to be cut down low due to matting. We returned to find a skinned down dog that we still aren’t convinced is ours. She acts different like she was traumatized. Worse experience ever! They should have really warned us about what she would look like afterwards. I called and advised of how displeased I was, they pretty much brushed me off. I do not recommend at all. Save your money!

ZERO star is what this place deserves. My two dogs have gotten groomed here before without issues. But their new groomer, Kourtney, does not know how to properly groom golden retrievers, and is not capable of handling active dogs without doing damages to their bodies. I asked to tidy up my golden retriever a bit by trimming her overgrown hairs and a bit of butt hair. Instead, her butt was shaved down, her underbelly coat was shaved down, her legs were all shaved down. She looks like a lab and not a goldie. When i confronted Kourtney the groomer that this is not how you groom a goldie, she yelled at me and asked if I have been to a grooming school. The rudeness and arrogance are unbeatable. On top of that, my golden doodle got 2 bad cuts where he bled out, and multiple razor cuts all over his belly and body. If you are not capable of handling active dogs, then stop grooming them and taking their owners’ money. I’d rather see my dogs un-groomed than picking up physically hurt and traumatized dogs that are like family to me. AVOID this place if you love your dogs.

I TALKED TO THE GROOMER WHEN DROPPING HER OFF SHE TOLD ME "fluffy" I SAID YES I HAVE TAKEN HER TO OTHER PLACES AND NEVER GOT SHAVED DOWN AT LEAST A 1/2 COMB BUT THIS IS BALD I GET UNDER ARMPITS AND FACE BUT AT LEAST CALL I WOULDVE PICKED HER UP INSTEAD OF SPENDING MY MONEY NEVER COMING BACK 👎🏼 SPENT $70 FOR THIS UGLY BOTCHED HAIR WHEN I COULD GO TO WAY BETTER GROOMING OFF 45 SOUTH THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF THEM YALL SHOULD BE CALLING TO LET PEOPLE KNOW OTHER PLACES DONT SHAVE HER !!!!! THIS WAS LAST RESORT I GO WITH A PROFESSIONAL GROOMER WHO IS A FRIEND

I'm extremely irritated with this location. This is my 4th time bringing my dog here to get groomed. I've never had a problem before today. I come here for the consistency and quality of their grooming. However, today I had an 11AM appointment. I called right at 10:58 to let them know my water faucet just cracked and I would be late. I asked to reschedule and the girl at the front advised I can still bring him at 11:45 that same day. I specifically let her know what kind of cut I wanted (same cut as usual, its on his file) and I requested the usual teddy bear face. *For context, the picture with the 2nd dog with a red harness is what Digit NORMALLY looks like after I pick him up from Wolf Gang. The picture of him scruffy with the green costume on is how I dropped him off this morning. Mind you, he is a well taken care of dog that is NEVER matted. Now take a look at the photo from today where he is skinned down. Doesn't look like the normal cut he ALWAYS get does it? When I arrived to pick up my baby, he's skinned down with hair everywhere and his teddy bear face is nowhere to be found. His face is literally scalped and he looks like a completely different dog. So I calm my nerves and ask what happened to the cut I requested? She says she's sorry and she'll make a note for his next groom. NEXT GROOM? The groomer already messed up his haircut so there was nothing they could do, which is true. And I understand no one works for free, but something needs to be done about this. It was never about the money, but if I paid for a service and that service was not honored correctly, I need some type of compensation. I've never been late to an appointment and I always tip the groomer well. It's hard out here for a lot of people and thankfully I'm not hurting for funds. But this is unacceptable. If I would've cleared out your cash register you would've thought I was wrong.... Hopefully management (which was not available) sees this message and reaches back out to rectify this situation.
