Pup’s Place Grooming & Retail Pet Store

Have had pretty good experience with groomers here. Since we started using Pup’s Place services we’ve had standing appointments (with two different groomers) during the past year. Both listened to preferences, took their time with our skittish pup & definitely aimed to give Walter a good experience. They’re a bit spendy but no more than other groomers we’ve used. When we first started, Walter would get a reward cookie at the end of each session but I think that practice has been discontinued. He does come home with a new bandanna tho!

We're very grateful for the gentle, patient care our boy got from Ilyssa and Sierra. He looks gorgeous and his coat glistens. Lovely scent, too! He is fearful about getting groomed but they were so kind and gave him breaks so he could decompress. The shop has all kinds of edible and wearable goodies. I'll give myself time to look closely at our next appointment.

My husband and I are so greatful for this little pupperdise! They groomed both of our bulldogs. They worked well as a team to get their nails trimmed, which is impossible for us to do. And their fur was sooooo soft and they smelled soooo amazing! I suffer migraines and heavily perfumed shampoos make it hard for me. So it was great to have them smell so "clean". They also came home with some new bling and some sweet treats. Annie and her solid crew really went out of their way to make sure our dogs weren't scared or uncomfortable. I live in Harrisburg but would happily drive out to Springfield for that level of customer service! Thank you Pup's Place for taking excellent care of my sweet squishies!

Maple Bacon had her first nail trim here and they made sure she was distracted and comforted the whole time. They have an awesome selection of toys, treats, and accessories here too that are unique. We got her a new dental chew after her appointment and she's loving it!

My dog looks forward to her spa day at Pups Place! They pamper her and she leaves with a spring in her step. They always do an excellent job. Worth every penny.

Excellent grooming services and a very nice retail selection. I’m very happy with Bianca, she’s very responsive to my requests for grooming. My dog comes home looking great!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, in a calm and caring atmosphere. Our golden-doodle pup has had a positive experience and is always excited to see her groomer!
