I’ve taken Princess here twice!! And she loves it! She’s a 20 year old Norwegian Forest cat and loves their conditioning bath. She has arthritis and the warm water helps her so much. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else.
They are simply the best!! I was worried about taking my cat to be groomed by anyone, but they do such a good job and have handled our little furball so well!! I will never go anywhere else!
I was nervous to bring my 14 year old short hair cat in. He had huge clumps so close to his skin. He is unable to groom himself and he was in pain. They took such good care of him and did what was best to keep him comfortable. They took time to talk to me, gave me details on his visit and gave advice for what I can do at home. They genuinely love the animals that come in and I will bring every pet of mine here.
Our cat had awful matting for the first time ever. Usually she will get one or two mats we can comb out but this time we couldn’t. We took her in thinking she’d have to get a shave but they were able to save her coat! They bathed her and brushed out a full grocery bag of fur I was shocked. They told us what brush to use on her for maintenance and that was really helpful. Athena returned home happy as ever! She is feeling much better and she smells and looks so much better!!! Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a cat groom.
We had our cavapoo taken here and were so thrilled. Ziggy was trimmed and clean and had a complimentary bandana. I know she was in good hands and I was so impressed with how they were able to give her a haircut with how hyper of a puppy she is!
I love Jenny and her staff they always take such good care of my dog and he loves going to see them! My girls have fun playing with his bandanna he gets from them and making him look like an old lady haha.
I had a very Old poochon. A lot of places would not groom him. Crazy about pets had no problem grooming him even when he started to get a little bit harder to handle because of age. The ladies did a good job with him.
