Love Cats Grooming

I LOVED my experience taking Suki to Love Cats Grooming! Parking instructions were very easy to follow. There were signs pointing towards the studio. Jill was so kind to come out and greet me and Suki when we arrived. The studio was beautiful, clean, and very cozy! It was also comforting to see that Jill had cats of her own that she clearly loved. I really loved how tuned in Jill was to cats in general and their specific needs and quirks. She was very kind, patient, and gentle with our Suki. She was also very good at explaining the process to me, and the whys behind it. This was Suki's first groom ever and we are sure to be back. I will be recommending everyone with cats to take them to Love Cats Grooming!

Jill was absolutely amazing! My orange girl can be quite a lot and she saw that she was very stressed so maybe a full bath wasn’t the best for her. She was also so patient with my boy cat who didn’t love the bath but did love the dryer. I cannot recommend her enough, Murphy and Sally look and feel great!

Jill was amazing with my cat, Mochi! The grooming space is so wonderful. There are huge windows looking out to her backyard with birds for the cats to watch (Mochi loves bird watching). She has a TV showing live feed of birds at a feeder which was a nice touch. It's a calm space. I love that she only takes one client at a time. She was so gentle and caring and made sure Mochi was okay and not too stressed out. She let Mochi get used to the space before starting. She did the sanitary shave, nail trim and paw shave first, then a bath and dry, followed up by touchups to her shave. She slowly acclimated Mochi to the sounds of the dryer and the air to make it less scary for her. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience. 10/10 would bring Mochi back. It's very hard to find a knowledgeable cat groomer. I was able to stay for the entire groom which made me feel better about the whole process, as well. Mochi is very fluffy and clean, and only mildly perturbed.

Jill was absolutely amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better groomer. Every part of Jill's process is handled with incredible thoughtfulness and care. Even the catio where she does the grooming is set up to be a nice and relaxing space, with big windows where cats can observe the beautiful garden and birds. Before we started, Jill took the time to go over each step with me and made sure my cat, Phil, was always as comfortable as he could be through everything. You can really tell that she puts every effort toward providing the best, least stressful experience for a cat. Despite Phil's deep dislike of the bath, Jill handled him with gentle patience and understanding. By the end of the groom, he was already feeling much better! Her services are truly the best of the best.

I found Jill at Love Cats Grooming through a Google search while looking for a groomer to trim our cat, Gato’s nails - and I’m so glad I did!After exploring her informative website, I booked an appointment for Gato to get a full grooming: bath, blow dry, and ear cleaning as well as his nails. From the start, Jill was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about cat behavior. She allowed me to stay during the grooming since I wasn’t sure how Gato would react based on past experiences. Despite making his displeasure known (as only a car can!), he did surprisingly well thanks to Jill’s gentle and patient approach. Her salon is truly cat-focused: No barking dogs, no overwhelming smells - just a quiet, clean, and calming environment with one-on-one care. What an amazing service Jill provided for me and my poor stressed out cat. My cat had an accident in his carrier on the way home from the vet & was covered in poop! She called me back almost immediately & was able to get us in same day! On our way there my cat then puked in his carrier so I showed up with a poop/puke cover cat & his carrier was full of puke! I was almost in tears & she swooped right in and honestly saved the day!! She has the most beautiful studio in her backyard it is very cozy feeling & she had many things to help distract & keep the cats calm. I’m not even going to lie my cat was a complete terror in the bath but again she was so patient, so kind, & so understanding of the rough day my anxiety ridden cat had been through. She was so compassionate & so loving towards him which I could not be more thankful for!! Jill is truly an angel sent from heaven & I will definitely be returning with all my cats!!!!!
