Petco Grooming

Was easy to schedule online. Lots of options to select from to taylor the services. Pricing confused me, as it was 2x what I expected to pay. Dogs look and smell great. the de-shed either wasnt done right, or maybe the 2nd brush out didn't happen. my dog is dropping more fur that I expected after 1 day. I would perhaps use the service again. Every groomer is different, so maybe the same services would be different next time

Diara the groomer is the greatest person. She does an excellent job with my dog. She also goes the extra mile, I recently had been going for cancer treatment and have a hard time walking, she comes outside to my car and takes my dog in and then returns my dog when she is done. She refuses to take any tips until I am able to walk into the store. She deserves recognition for all she does and her compassion. I hope she gets recognized for all that she does. She has made my life a little easier. I was lucky to find her.

We work with a groomer named Becky. She the best: she takes great care of our dogs and they look great when we pick them up. She also gives us suggestions and advise on caring for our pups. Not sure if Becky has much control over price.

They fit me in for an appointment quickly. They are always pleasant to deal with at this Petco. The groomer Daria did the grooming for my Doberman did a wonderful job with his bath and also the Dremel of his nails. She returned my boy back to me happy and smelling great. Kudos to the Groomer(s) at Petco in St Charles!

Becky has been so excellent with our doodle, Brandy. We love her!

Becky is my dog's groomer. She is very professional. patient and is very in detail in how she grooms. She explains everything clearly what your dog needs, what she could and should do. Without any pressure whatsoever.
