My dog, Mac, is a Shih Tzu mix and can be a little nervous in new environments, but the team made him feel comfortable and cared for from the start. It's clear they genuinely love animals and treat them as more than just another appointment on the schedule. The facility was clean, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they take pride in what they do and pay attention to the details. When I picked Mac up, he looked fantastic, smelled great, and seemed relaxed and happy. What stood out most was the level of care and customer service. They made us feel welcome, took the time to listen, and created an experience that felt personal rather than rushed. I've had experiences with other groomers over the years that left me looking for a better fit, and I'm glad I found one here. Amazing grooming service! The team is very professional, caring, and attentive. It’s clear that they truly care about the animals and treat every pet with patience and kindness. My Shih Tzu Luck came back looking absolutely beautiful, clean, and happy. The haircut was perfect, and he smelled wonderful! It also gave me peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. I had an amazing experience with this pet shop! They were so kind, attentive, and even managed to fit me in at a time that worked perfectly for my schedule. My dog came out looking gorgeous, smelling wonderful, and truly happy! I haven’t found another grooming place in Orlando (or the surrounding area) that compares. Highly recommend!

I have two adorable kittens, and they were already used to being bathed by another professional. Through a recommendation from that professional, who had to move away, I met Amanda from Amaoncare. She was very careful with them. She did everything with care. She left them looking beautiful, smelling great, and well-groomed. The pet grooming environment is very pleasant, spacious, and well-lit. I also noticed that it was calm and quiet – all the characteristics I needed and was looking for to avoid traumatizing my little kittens.

This place is awesome. The groomers really love what they do and care about your pets. Had my cat and dog groomed there. Prices are reasonable and very competitive. My dog and cat came out looking pretty. Y highly recommend this place.
