Amazing experience! I took my two chihuahuas, Luna and Naguini, and the team was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. My dogs are usually very nervous and difficult with strangers, but they somehow won their trust and handled them with so much care and love. That truly meant a lot to me. This is the third time we’ve used their services, and they continue to exceed our expectations! We have a Pomeranian who is extremely shy and anxious, and they always do an incredible job making him feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m usually hesitant on picking my dogs groomer( I at one point was driving 3 hours to where I use to live to make sure she got the love and care that i would like for her to have when having her groomings) I’m so glad I now have found Duma Paws. They were very detail oriented and left her EXACTLY like I described that i wanted her haircut to be. It’s great that they provide updates on the progress of the service and even better that they come to the home. I’m so happy with the outcome and will definitely continue booking with them!
