We took our dog Cooper for a bath and nail trim. They are very good with him. He came out smelling so good. And his coat was soft and shiny.
One star, because the prices are good. But the grooming staff is not qualified. They always have some reason to not groom my dog and cancel the appointment. They are not qualified to handle animals like they should be. Told me to contact them personally and they can groom my dog at their house, but can’t do it inside the store like I was paying for? They’ve also requested my dog be put on meds, which no other place has ever requested.
Absolutely horrible and unprofessional experience with the grooming department. They used to be fantastic and so kind. The staffing has changed in the past year or so. Will not be back.
