Samantha is absolutely the best! We used another highly rated groomer for years, and they always said our Cavapoo’s fine hair had to be shaved. Since switching to Samantha, she has never had an issue making our sweet girl look beautiful without shaving her coat. The biggest difference is how our dog feels about grooming. She used to be terrified of going to the groomer, but now she’s WAY more comfortable. Doodles can be challenging and require extra time, patience, and skill. Samantha clearly takes the time to do things right, and it shows in the results. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares about the dogs she works with.

We have a big hairy Great Pyrenees. After having a disastrous grooming experience we chose Shampooch St Louis Pk. The staff was amazing and were genuinely kind when surveying her condition. They were confident that they could get her in great shape. We were so happy with the results. She looks amazing!! Would recommend Shampooch to everyone!!

We live hundreds of miles away, but got stuck in town and the folks at Shampooch fit us right in. They did a great job grooming my little nervous dog and he was very happy when I picked him up. The staff was professional and courteous. Great experience.

I am impressed with the staff.I have used the same groomer Carly for my last three dogs. She is so patient and loving with the dogs. My puppy first grooming didn’t go well. Lulu was scared so she had not one but three accidents and Carly called me not to complain but worried that Lulu might be sick. I knew my puppy was not sick but just scared. Carly handled the situation with professionalism and care. I love Shampooch and my groomer Carly. I would recommend this business to anyone who has an animal that needs grooming like nail care, bathing or full grooming. You will not be disappointed.

We have been customers of Shampooch since they opened and have never used another groomer. Our dogs always look like models after there salon treatments! When they start taking new clients again- I highly recommend that you become a customer.

My little buddy Chewbacca just loves Shampooch! They are always so careful with him, and they give him a perfect cut every time. Highly recommended!! (Photo is of Chewbacca with a slightly grown in cut, not freshly groomed - I'll update with a fresh groom pic next time he's in!)

Julie the owner of Shampooch has been wonderful to work with! Our doodle puppy is mostly blind and Julie was so patient and kind to us, helping us set up an appointment and then when grooming our puppy as well! She went out of her way to help us! I would recommend Shampooch to anyone, especially if you have a doodle! They did a great job and cannot stress enough how great the customer service is!
