She worked well with my special needs pet. My pet has suffered trauma from his previous owners. He is super shy and non responsive , and shakes when scared. He needed a serious hair cut and nail clipping. She was awesome, speaking quietly to him. I will use her definitely again. She gave him a great cut and wash for his noncompliance. I will definitely call her again.
