The Matted Doodle

Maggie is absolutely fantastic. My sweet Mason is an anxious boy, and he ALWAYS looks forward to his haircuts with Maggie! She is so good at her job, so kind, and takes care of animals as if they’re her own! Most places kennel dogs for hours but she spends one on one from start to finish and completes the service within 1-2 hours. Don’t look any further and visit The Matted Doodle.

Maggie has groomed Rosie since she was a puppy… so 3 years now! Rosie is a classic wild goldendoodle and Maggie is always patience and kind with her. Rosie loves Maggie which I know means Maggie is loving and kind to her. I have had past groomers show their frustrations with my pups energy but Maggie has never made me feel like I was doing anything wrong… even when it’s been too long in between appointments- which it totally my fault. Seriously I’m so happy we have found Maggie and the Matted Doodle!

I am not a client rather I am another groomer that was picking up a purchase from marketplace. This shop was VERY clean, bright & the dog on the table was happy & very cute! It seemed small & intimate & not loud which is a great experience for the pups. I would definitely recommend the Matted Doodle!

Maggie makes this 14 year old, often crusty dude, look amazing! Grooming has always been stressful for Augie but Maggie’s space and approach to grooming make it much more pleasant for him.

Maggie is by far the best groomer I've ever been to. I cannot imagine a better human to leave my pup with! The booking and paying process is very easy and secure. Maggie is super communicative and thorough. And of course, my dog is always perfectly clean and adorable when I pick her up! We've been going to Maggie for around a year now and we will never go anywhere else.

She was referred to me by a friend that I trust. Maggie was nice enough to squeeze my 5lb Yorkie in because of the close referral. She wasn't accepting new clients at the time. Ultimately this turned out to be a NIGHTMARE! She dislocated my dogs hip and then tried to manipulate the situation by saying that yorkies are prone to hip dysplasia (which I know) but he walked in on 4 legs and now he's on 3 legs. Initial trip to the vet was of course $600 for X-rays and meds and surgery will be $5,000.00 No one wants to cut on their 5lb dog! Not saying she's a bad person but our experience turned out to be absolutely HORRENDOUS 🙁 ( I still have no clue what exactly happened to my little baby) Hope your experience is much better than ours.

Maggie is Wonderful, I could not imagine taking my Gizzy anywhere else. She loves what she does and loves each dog. Maggie has become family to us. Gizzy knows and gets excited each time we mention Maggie’s name and is at the door and ready to see her. I highly recommend The Matted Doodle
