Pet Fresh Dog Wash

First time coming here- good. It’s a self serve pet wash station, good for introverts since you do not have to talk to anyone. PUT THE DOG IN THE BATH BEFORE SWIPING YOUR CARD. First mistake, the timer starts going as you swipe your card and for some reason this obnoxious buzzing noise goes off letting you know it’s started for like a whole minute, scared me and scared the dog and it doesn’t stop until it runs the minute. So here I am losing my hearing while also trying to get the dog to willingly get closer to the loud noise, after I get her in I lose 3 minutes. Also- please get a step stool for dogs to easily get up there, I could see this being an issue for older dogs. Price is $12 for 15 minutes of wash. Has clear instructions which is great, good water and air velocity and great temperature so it’s comfortable for the pup. A little rushed due to time loss so pup wasn’t all the way dry since you need to disinfect the tub as well. I’d like to know what is in the shampoo flea and tick and the SDS associated, active ingredients in flea and tick usually isn’t good for humans if it isn’t there needs to be more warnings associated. No towels available if your dog is nervous with the blowing so bring your own.

Honestly amazing. The machine wasn’t super intuitive to use, but otherwise great space and super accessible for anyone. I’m so so happy they have these and I would highly recommend! They are also open all day (minus 1am-5am) which is actually amazing.
