PetSmart Grooming

2 issues. 1. When I brought my dog in I showed them pictures of what I wanted and I felt like they rushed me and didn’t actually pay attention to what I asked for. I attached the reference pictures and her haircut she ended up with. They kept her ears big?? And most of it was uneven and felt rushed. 2. They told me it would be 3-4 hours. It ended up being 5 1/2 hours and I’m sure my dog just ended up being in a kennel for at least 4 hours. Why schedule them at a certain time if you aren’t going to be grooming them then?? I felt like the staff were not very professional either.

I took my cat to get in to be groomed and honestly I'm not sure that they did anything. They said they couldn't work on him and ive been taking him to be groomed for 7 years and never had a problem with him. They said they called me and that's a lie. I didnt have one missed call but I got the texts. They also called me days before my appointment and it went through just fine. I only paid because im nonconferational but I will be telling people how awful of an experience I had here. Wasted $60.

Made an appointment. Dropped off my dog (she's been to the groomers many times) Chimene called me and said to pick her back up, that she was too nervous. I returned and she had already started her haircut, so she looked terrible and Chimene knicked her chest. I won't return to petsmart again after this.

This is was my second visit at that location. My first visit was satisfactory but my last visit was horrible. Both of my frenchies skin were dry and they were irritated. They would not stop itching right after the visit. The visit was rushed and barely lasted 15 minutes per. Their ears were not properly cleaned and one of them develop an eye irritation that same night. I will not visit that location again.

Cancelled our appointment for the 3rd time with lame excuses. Find a different location.

My dogs haircut is always perfect. Sue is her groomer. I don’t understand. Why does she always pee when I drop her off? She doesn’t pee anywhere else when she get excited or scared.

The groomers at petsmart are knowledgeable and always do a great job with my boys!
