Took my dog to Pawllywood Pet Spa for the first time. They very thoughtful and took alot of care to make my dog feel comfortable. My dogs skin and coat look and feel so healthy afterwards and he smells amazing. 5 star grooming and customer service.

i called them looking to booked just to be called back after being told they were booked, however a squeeze in was available between 11-12pm drop off just for my 4 month old puppy to be held until 6:30pm!!!!!!!! - the style WAS HIDEOUS & DISAPPOINTING, i asked for boots on my shih tzu & he was talking over me , walking away with my puppy in middle of me explaining my desire style, just for him to tell me they will be cutting her all off because she’s tangled plus they will be charging a detangle fee?? how if your cutting majority of her hair, he waived it at departure & my puppy hair was requested to not cut her hair on top head/face nor tail, the front desk guy whom i been speaking & booking with said they will try to save it , i demanded to speak with the groomer who will be grooming her to specifically notify the style , due to groomers always ignoring the owners request & doing a more easier & better timing style , along with my female dog hair not even being done , they chopped her completely off & left her hair infront of her eyes to where she couldn’t see , IF YOUR GOING TO SQUEEZE IN MAKE SURE YOUR PUPPY ISNT LAST PRIORITY!!!! my dog didn’t eat since MORNING WILL NEVER EVER RETURN !!!!!!!!

From the initial phone call, to keeping me informed after dropping my baby off with them, to picking her up… they not only kept me informed, they also exceeded my expectations with the services provided. They also offer reasonable prices for the services being rendered. I trust Pawllywood with all of my babies because they are knowledgeable and genuinely care!

I recently took my dog to the Pawllywood, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They took the time to get to know my sweet Rocky and made him feel right at home. The grooming services were outstanding! My dog came out looking absolutely fabulous, and you could tell he felt great too. They really pay attention to detail and use high-quality products that left his coat clean and healthy. Plus, the spa environment is clean and calming, which I really appreciated. What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and even provided tips for maintaining my dog's grooming at home. It's clear that they genuinely care about the pets they serve. I highly recommend this dog grooming spa to anyone looking for top-notch service and a happy, pampered pup! Pro tip: the bandannas they provide are just to dieeee for. I absolutely love this look for my baby Rocky!

I’m a new dog mom, and I just want to say how grateful I am for this place! My anxiety was through the roof trying to find the perfect groomer for my pup, and I’m so glad I chose here. From the thoughtful little scarf she came home in, to how relaxed and happy she feels, everything was beyond my expectations. The way I was treated—both over the phone and in person—was so warm and reassuring. I’m absolutely elated to have found them, and they’re officially our permanent groomers. Me and Brinx give them a 10/10… she’s already knocked out after her relaxing day!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've used Pawllywood Pet Spa for my own dog for 3 years now and have always been impressed, so I decided to bring the Maltipoo and Chihuahua I’m dog-sitting—and they did an amazing job once again! The Maltipoo’s coat was trimmed perfectly, soft, and fluffy without losing that adorable teddy bear look, while the Chihuahua’s coat was sleek and well-groomed, with nails trimmed just right. The staff was so patient and gentle, making sure both pups felt comfortable. They came back looking and smelling fantastic! I really appreciate the attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere. Definitely my go-to grooming service!

I don’t even know where to begin with how much I love this place. To keep it simple, you can not go wrong with sending your baby to pawllywood. My dog always leaves happy, fur is glistening white and fluffy, the staff are super cool and caring and so great with animals. I’ve been here multiple times and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Prices are extremely reasonable. I truly do appreciate the work they do! If I could give them ten stars I promise I would.
